Clamping 101 - The clamping guide

Can’t you people find an electrical supplies company than sells cable clamps? I hate Amazon and eBay.

I tried clamping once, I liked the effect, a super large penis. I stopped because I was told that as a newbie I shouldn’t do clamping as it is for the advanced. I have complied, but the effect was very good, and fun. I know you guys are just looking after my welfare but you are such spoil sports.

I have to say I have been clamping for a week now and my ED is getting so much better. Thank you for this information. I used to pump but there was negative EQ so I would only do it periodically. This I can do more frequently and find the feeling more sensational.

I took a well needed decon break and have been back on the stretches and jelqs for about 3 months again. Grabbed my clamp to add that a few times a week and am getting a new response in blood flow. I get to 90% erect and slide two hair ties down to the base, keeping one in front of the other to put the clamp over, then get another 5% in and put the clamp on tight. Now, as I stroke and kegel to get to 100%, I get a big build up of blood before the clamp and have to squeeze it through the clamp into my erect penis. I do this over and over as I lose some erection, which is telling me that blood is escaping while not able to get in (which is opposite of everything I read here). I can’t squeeze the clamp anymore notches, combo of physically impossible and a bit of fear of having it too tight. I went back to using a piece of Ace bandage and still have to squeeze the blood in. I’m using the black and orange Cable Clamp with the clamp part on top and pivot on bottom.

Anyone else have this happen and can offer a change in technique to remedy it?

March 13, 2014 - BPEL 6 1/8" EG - 4 5/8" December 15, 2015 - BPEL 6 7/8" EG - 5"

November 5, 2016 - BPEL 7" EG - 5 1/4"

Be present with your routine, don't just glaze over and make it a chore. Change it up at least quarterly - just like a weight workout you need to keep him guessing.

I had to use larger padding

I’m not gaining and I’d like a little advice.

A few years back I did a stretch/extender routine for 6 months and got some EL gains but dropped off BC of uni.

Year after that I got into the bathmate / jelq routines for about 4 months but didn’t gain anything permanent.

I tried again a year after that to bathmate/ jelq superset and worked up to adding light clamped edging after. Great temp gains, no permanent after 4 months. . Got off track with vacation.

Recently I’ve dove back in and actually started really well.. In August I started clamping 3x10 occasionally and by end of September when I went on a 4 day camping trip I had a 0.25-0.4” girth gain hold and when I returned I tried picking up consistency since I was actually seeing gains.

Time goes by another month and I’ve lost that gain.. Since November I’ve varied my workout/ rest routine but have not seen any results clamping/ pumping/jelqing in superset.

I’m doing 5 min bm, 10min clamp, 5 min jelq all x3 routine 4-5 times a week.. Usually 2 on 1 off then 2-3 on and 1-2 off.

I have good eqI think, frequent erections, morning wood (not always the day after PE though) and I retain temp gains for about 24 hours. No red dots or discoloration.

When I began this stint I wasn’t keeping track of my workouts and would only do it when convenient.. This seemed to make me gain and when I saw this I focused on my consistency and increased my work outs and in a month I lost those gains.

What should I do?

I think I need to cut back to 3 sessions a week but I’m not sure if I should also take a decon break. I’m also afraid that I’m simply not working out enough.. But I keep trying to remember that camping trip where I held a solid 0.3-0.4” girth for 4 days with nothing more than using a cock ring during sex.

I have recently begun clamping again and noticed that when tightly clamped I can’t kegel properly and so can’t get 110% erect until I loosen off the clamp.

It’s still really effective though and my overall E. Q. Skyrocketed.

Try the cock ring approach again and see what happens.

Thanks for the information

Been clamping for couple of months now. I clamp tightly, very close to the base. Recently noted that I’m getting these really thick veins bulging sideways just above my clamp. Question is shoul I just ignore them and keep clamping at the same spot or am I about to get a thrombosis?

Nice work out. What age is recommended for it?

Thanks. I thinked same way

So i have tried clamping a few times the last week and i think im really going to enjoy it but im having two issues. #1 i bought a medium cable clamp pro and i have a girth of about 5.2”mseg and about the same at the base. Am using a cut mouse pad as a wrap but i can get the clamp all the way tight and it doesnt create much engorging passed my normal size. I tried overlapping the mouse pad but that causes it to pop out under tension. Is there an easier way to wrap it? And second issue is i have a decent amount of turkey neck and so i cant clamp all the way at my base im like probably 1.5-2” from my bone pressed base which makes me think im going to mess the shape up my penis up. Is clamping just not a good tool for people with a turkey neck?

I have a large turkey neck and have no problem clamoing. I think it takes experimentation to find the right way for you.
