Clamping 101 - The clamping guide

I have a very important question. I just started clamping and I realize good expansion and what not. 3 sets of 7 min.

I wake up with wood and after that it turtles in the morning.

What is going on ? I got morning wood going on.

Is the ” never let it turtle” for girth a true theory?

Many prickly hair on the balls cause turtling too. ( I shaved my balls and shaft).

Any advice would be good.

PS. I have warmed up with manual girth exercises in the past took 2 weeks off then clamped slowly.

5 months of conditioning.

İ Have use thick tire hair clip for clamping for 2 months. Because I couldn’t reach clamping system. I didn’t observe any injury from that. Do you think it may damage my penis ?

First time - almost fainted

I just tried clamping first time and man that felt so good! I was 0.5-1” bigger on girth. My fingers couldn’t touch the others. The thing is I almost fainted and I’m alone so that’s a big no no so how do I prevent that?


My goal is to get my unit as big as it gets.

I clamp and kegel at the same time and then I felt weird like when you are in hospital and a nurse is taking a blood test(that’s my soft spot)so I assumed that was from blood going into penis? I did 2x10min and the last one was about 3min until I stopped. And my unit was so big(I bet it could have get even bigger)I have never seen it and it was normal overall color etc.

Do you have the habit to stop breathing while doing exercises?

Yes that may be the reason. I really need to be aware of that. I think I’m gonna clamp 2 days in a raw(this week) since it was so fun. Any other tips to a newbie clamper?

I would alternate since girth requires rest days. Your body may handle 2 working days on a row, since we’re not sure, experiment 1:1.

Well I did take 2 rest days and today I jelqed at noon then light stretches at the evening and then clamped first 7min then about 4min and did kegel and masturbate at the same time but then suddenly my unit was all red and couldn’t see the veins at all it was about to be an balloon animal I suddenly took the clamp off. What was that it was scary!? I did check my unit afterwards and it is normal and works well thanks to the God!

Why is it that I gained about .25 bpel after a month of clamping and no girth?? I’m targeting girth..

I dig into my fat pad and clamp up to an expansion of .25 in girth, no fluid buildup.. I don’t get it. I’m 2 on 1 or 2 off depending.

I 440 between sets and wait 7-10 min for a total of 3 10 min reps.

Yes please for photos! I have the right idea I think, but it seems to me like this would be painful with something small like a string so it would be nice to see.

Wouldn’t a thin rope work better than a string? Also once you get to the glans do you untie the string and then re-tie at the base… or just slide it back down?

I’m thinking high EQ and no girth gains from clamping is because the smooth muscle is maxed out and the tunica needs to be stretched and pliable to then allow girth gains.

What do you guys think ?

Does My Clamping Method Work?

I use a condom tied around my penis for clamping, it does not hurt and restricts blood flow out of the penis but still allows more blood to enter, is this a safe way of clamping even though there is no to minimal pain?

Here’s the string tied at the base photos. Then just jelq up towards the glans while keeping the string tied for 5-10 minutes. Be careful with it it’s very intense
