Clamping 101 - The clamping guide

Hey guys, newbie clamper here! I just have a few questions. I tried searching but can’t seem to find any answers to my questions.

I really enjoy my routine as it is now (also on a 2 on 1 off schedule) and was wondering if I can just integrate clamping into my routine somehow. Or am I just supposed to clamp? No jelqing or stretching? I just started clamping and today will be my 2nd clamp session. I am following the advice on these forums to start with 3 sets of 10 minutes @ 1 on 1 off. Would I be able to do 20 minutes of stretching followed by 15 minutes of jelqing before I clamp? Or would this be considered over training? My 1st clamping session (stretched and jelqed beforehand) seemed a bit too intense, but I was also edging a little bit too (oops). Got great expansion though, measured in at 5.75” MSEG at the end of my 3rd set while edging to 100% EQ. I’m currently sitting at 5.375” so that’s a 3/8” expansion.

I been doing PE for a year now I started with jelgs and the last 2 months started with clamping.. Stop for 3 weeks.. Now I’m back again I’m thinking of doing 2 days one off for clamping or should I try 2 on 2 off plus 15 min pump some stretching plus 100 slow jelgs under hot shower to finish.. What do you guys think? Any advice will be appreciated thanks

Keep testing and tracking to see what works for you. Clamping is a powerful method and I’ve seen many on here do well with just once every third day. Just remember too keep track of your numbers and don’t become impatient after a couple weeks. Wait at least a month or two before drastically changing your routine.

Does anyone have a link to a perfect clamp? One that already has padding around the edges, can tighten and loosen easily and a good range on how tight and loose it can become?

No such clamp exists. Most of the clamps around here are either Cable Cuff or Wraptor. TG talks Clamps: Why I switched from Wraptor to Cable Cuff

Hey guys I’m new here started reading about four month’s ago I’m very skeptical unless I see it well I can tell PE works I’ve gained .75 in length and .50 in girth never would have believed it my wife loves it never seen her cum like this ever anyway for the one’s that don’t believe I will assure it work’s I do clamping jelq and pumping 5 days a week for four month’s straight W ill hit 8”x 6” by the end of this year Thanks for all the good info

Nice job! Can you tell us what your routine looks like?

Right now I’m jelqing (dry/wet) until fatigued, clamp 2 sets @ 7 minutes, edge and PC crunches for 10-20 minutes then finish with the bath mate for 10 minutes.

Been on this routine since early March. Will report back in another month or two.

Also, to note, I have been experimenting with cock rings. I’ve started wearing one during the day after my workouts. I’ve been able to wear a steel ring during sex. It’s just tight enough to trap the blood but loose enough I can ejaculate safely.

**With a 1 day on, 1 day off schedule.

I have taken the fully erect clamped kegels from 15 second to a full minute doing one long kegel then 1 minute rest and repeat for the 7 minutes I am in the clamp. Results are impressive for the veins and softer tissue getting bigger as well as erection quality going through the roof.

When you fo the Kegel does it Push blood from beyond the clamp past it or are you fully clamped Off?

Im intrigued by the vein stuff/ribbed look. Aiming for that mean look too.

Please give some Details about the way you do it(or maybe start a thread?)

I am confused now. How would a clamp ever be useful if it stops blood from going into the erect region? The way I understood clamping was it is to keep blood from flowing out as fast as it can flow in…

If you reach a maximum expansion and cant push in more blood you can retain the expansion by fully clamping Off(for short time)

Well it certainly feels like I can’t push any more blood through. When I started the longer kegel holds I couldn’t even fully tighten that muscle, it just wasn’t strong enough to fight the blood pressure I guess.

I remember seeing it, and can’t find it, but what do you guys use to wrap around the penis where you clamp at? I don’t get great expansion, and I think it’s because I’m not getting a good seal when clamped, and if I wrapped something around the base, I’d get a better seal, and bigger expansion. So if someone could recommend something, possibly something that I could get locally, like Walmart, that would be great.
