Perhaps one of you gents can help me out. When I clamp, I get a sharp localized pain right below the glans. Any answers?

I get that too once in a while, especially when I kegel.

Where are the clamps when this happens?

Is your second clamp to close to the glan? You should place the second clamp about 1 inch from the gland. How many minutes are you clamping?

Yes you do have a clamp at the base and also 1 inich before the glan. I have even used a third one at mid shaft.

Well, the above isn’t really a ‘must’, more like a preference.

YOU may clamp like that but the standard method is 1 clamp worn at base, anything more is an unnecessary risk IMO. Newbies take note!

Clamping should never be painful. If you are experiencing sharp pains below the glans perhaps you are using too much pressure? There are a lot of delicate nerve bundles and vein/artery networks in that area, it may be that yours is more succeptable to damage from intense pressure.

For now, stop clamping altogether and try to work out what the problem is before returning to advanced pressure-based PE exercises.
