Clamp to grow girth - The one and only method?

I must admit that I am pretty sick and tired of clamping right now, having doing that since September last year. Gain has been good and I went from 4,84” to 5,16” during that period and while 0,32” in girth gain is not that much, it seems from most what I read here that I should be pretty happy about it. Still I want to grow more and need some inspiration.

I believe I have read quite some threads here but not really found an exercise (but from jelqing in erect state) that can compare to clamping to gain girth. Is there any or are there ways to vary clamping?

Let’s not look a “gift horse” in the mouth,… so to speak.

I’d like to put this into perspective; if I gain .32” in girth, I will be 5.8 girth ++. ( very large )

IMHO, any gain of 1/4” or more is SUBSTANTIAL, and a woman has a very good chance of noticing it. Just imagine if you double that gain.????

I have recently started clamping, and although I have not seen noticeable gains, there are other benefits, including really good EQ a much more vascular unit.

You could always try pumping and edging afterwards.

Frankly, I did a sort of clamping (read strangle the base full erect and massage in that state) for years, as well as pumping. There were little to no gains.

One month ago I started jelqing, in a very aggressive way (to the point where I barely could stand the pain). I got more than 1 inch in girth.

Physiology is different for each of us. Maybe pumping works for you, maybe clamping would do the trick. I go with what I feel, using the intuition and working where I feel the need (right now, I have a thinner zone, for about 2 inches below the head, and I insist on that area, as well as on the head).

Anyway, DO something, as you will have better chances anyway than doing nothing.

Hey Sorin61. Damn dude. A 1 inch gain in girth is freaking aswsome man. I to am interested in your agressive jelqing technique. At what level of erection were you jelqing at and what was your routine in extreme detail that granted you a 1 inch gain in girth? Also how long did it take you to gain that inch after discovering your aggressive jelqing method? Sorry for all the questions but if I could gain 1 inch in girth that would be great.

I think .32” is great. If you want to mix things up add pumping to your routine. I alternate sets of pumping and clamping.

A question, is pumping good for permanent gains? I read somewhere here it is only a temporary gain, is this so?

My gains are permanent. I don’t pump any more, but I still have the girth gain I got from pumping consistently for a few months.

There is indeed temporary fluid build up when you first come out of the cylinder. Those go away in an hour or so. When people talk about pumping giving “temporary gains” they are talking about that fluid build up.
