Regular morning wood, super strong erections, no discomfort or visual oddities. Nothing at all suggested I was doing too much. Then I got the shocker that I lost girth.

There were no other signs.

That is very weird. I don’t think many guys could pump and (especially) clamp every day and maintain amazing erections.

Glad to hear your girth has already returned. I guess the lesson is for you to stick to manual exercises, or to add in only moderate amounts of pumping or clamping (every other day, maybe) to experiment.

Yeah, I’m going to say that the lesson is moderation. I’ll still pump every day, but at lower pressure, and clamp ever other day or less. Sayain22 mentioned something about losing girth do to everyday clamping.

I am finding that if I clamp two or three days in a row, and I give it a couple of days rest, I have a larger flaccid. ( let’s hope this translates to growth down the road ;) )

I’ve found recently that if I edge for 10 minutes 3 or 4 times a day, I have a MUCH larger flaccid around 9 or so at night. I measured it at 6 inches. That is huge for me, grow-er that I am. Flaccids are crazy things - I don’t know what a flaccid indicates anymore PE wise.

Pumping, clamping, B&C strap with or without pumping— I’ve also found that keeping my unit plumped, even with NOX and/ or low dose Liquid C, created an environment that promoted ‘girthiness’.

Also bear in mind that Bib got huge girth gains along with monstrous length from hanging.

I’ve always thought that hanging post clamping might be a way to go …

Girth does come with hanging length gains, I can testify to that but for those that are struggling with girth gains even after clamping and pumping I would suggest another technique that hasn’t been mentioned. Wantsmore's Fulcrums If anything will break things up to get either girth or length gains they will do it. I found that I couldn’t do them very often because they were kind of brutal but they do get results when you need to get things moving again.

Given that, even with the forum guidelines, 34% of our new members can’t figure out how to post correctly? Their clamping/jelqing issues should come as no surprise.
