Hei there!

I was wondering about how is the right way to clamp? I mean what is the exact tightness of the clamp so that you get a perfectly clamped penis?

What I’ve read so far is that you are supposed to tighten the clamp as much as possible without feeling pain. The problem I have is that If I clamp my penis to tight then if I kegel it almost doesn’t make any difference. On the other hand if my penis is slightly less clamped, I can kegel and maintain erection.

What do you think? Any expert camper’s opinions would be greatly appreciated!

I clamp with enough pressure that it’s really engorged.

I’d say warm up to it at first;)

But after a week you may want to start just squeezing the hell out of it.

Well it depends.. If I clamp it really tight it’s still engorged but I can’t harden my erection in case I need.. It’s like the clamp stops the blood from going into my penis..

So maybe I shouldn’t be clamping so tight?

Yeah you can alternate back and forth while you clamp.;)

I’ve added layers of duct tape to both sides of mine btw.:)

I have tried the one click back thing. I get a good plump erection but I do not feel pressure. The only time i’ve felt extreme pressure when clamping is when I was really turned on…is there a certain technique to get this extreme pressure I desire?

This is a key point - you must find a means to get yourself extremely aroused, then maintain that feeling throughout the duration of the session. For me, that’s where porn come in handy (sic). I’m lucky in that I don’t get desnsitized or corrupted so it’s on tap whenever I require. There are guys on here that clamp using just their imagination to keep them rock hard - fair play to them, I know I couldn’t manage it.

Usually I only get the reverse pressure behind the clamp. If I clamp mid shaft and get this pressure; then sit at the edge of the couch and lean back and forward to put pressure on the “taint” area and it will push the pressure to the base - a lot of pressure to expand the base. Good stuff for people that want base girth, which I do not. :(

So its O.K. to edge during a clamp session and even recommended or does that not yield the same extreme pressure?

Don’t just get hard and quickly crank down a clamp (whether cable clamp, hose clamp, wrap or whatever) in one fell swoop.

While semi-erect, attach the device relatively loosely. Tight enough to greatly restrict the blood outflow, but not enough to shut off the inflow. You can kegel while “jelqing” the clamping device rearward to force more blood in front of the clamp. Kegel while pulling the clamp rearward. Repeat. Don’t be in a rush. When your shaft and head are fully engorged, tighten another increment or two if necessary to maintain for the duration of your set.

Of course, the specifics depend on what exactly you’re wanting to accomplish. What is generally being called “clamping” these days actually encompasses a spectrum ranging from mild constriction of outflow for relatively long time (“wrapping for girth”), through what I described above (outlflow closed completely, inflow mostly or completely closed), to Extreme Ulis (in and out closed down completely, with the final tightening on an already maximally engorged penis providing a boost in pressure).

I use four clamps.

I start 80 % erected and close, but not yet as close as possible to the pubic bone. Then I push back the clamp as close as possible and - at the same time - try to kegel and manually (from the corpus spongiosum side, closer to the body than the clamp) push blood into the penis,

Then I clamp down one step and repeat until my dick is close to explode. I am watching porn (same story as for drilla).

I add a second clamp when the erection gets a little weaker. If it weakens again, I clamp down one more step. Eventually I will add a third and fourth clamp and clamp down wherever there is decreasing resistance.

Like so, I keep maximally engorged during a 15-20 min session.

I think I’ve found a way to manage this. As someone said I just clamp enough so that I get a rock hard erection, without feeling any strong pressure. At the end of the set as my erection fades away, I kegel and tighten the clamp as much as possible.

Do multiple clamping work for everyone better than normal one?

Same here, but I only use three clamps :-)
My main indicator is hardness of the glans — when it’s full and quite tautly stretched, I think I’m at the right pressure.
Incidentally, I wrap with a very soft, velcro’d wrist wrap first.
