Kaan told me this through a PM and from my little clamping experience I have(1 month), I have only seen good things using this equation, which leads me to the conclusion that more is more for clamping. For those of you who don’t know kaan, he gained a good amount of girth from clamping.

I am an extremely hard gainer when it comes to girth. I have gained 2+ inches in length, but not a millimeter in girth. Now, you can try to go against me here and say oh spaghettidick, what about worrying about EQ and PI’s and this and that, but I believe the number one method to gain length or girth, is to keep the penis bigger than normal for as long as possible. How can a penis not get bigger if one keeps it in a bigger state over time? It seems implausible to me. I am definitely going to be clamping as much as possible from now on. Big girtha did this method and reached 2 inches of girth gains. The guy said he would clamp 10 minute sessions on and off all day long sometimes. I just don’t see how I can go wrong by doing this. Which also leads me to another thought that I just want to say to everyone who isn’t gaining on this site: You are either not putting enough time in, or not using enough pressure.

What I have realized with clamping is this:
1. I will do my clamping session
2. My penis will become temporarily bigger
3. The next day I clamp my penis will be bigger than it was the previous clamping session
4. When I am not clamping but maybe just in the shower fiddling with the ol’ willy, he is undoubtedly permanently bigger. By saying permanent I mean all fluid buildup has vanished and yet my penis is bigger than it was before.

I am not one of those guys like Braindrain who can just jelq perfectly and make my tunica swell to six inches EG in one session, I believe I have a triple layered tunica. Guys who are with me, there is hope for us. One thing that made me realize this is someone on here post something that basically said “there is a point where the penis will explode if one puts enough pressure on it, so then if we are able to put enough pressure to bring us right under that point, we will be able to enlarge our members.”

Now, I don’t know if my chambers (CC and CS) are gradually becoming larger, or the fluid is becoming literally permanent, but my penis is getting bigger from this, and when I have an erection it is completely rock hard, none of the squishy fluid you feel in a session. If I lay off PE after making gains and they vanish, then that means I will have to PE for the rest of my life. I would gladly do that. PE has become a part of my life and I will never quit. But I’m pretty damn sure all this talk about cemented gains isn’t for nothing.

Another concept I would like to discuss is discoloration. I used to be so caught up on becoming discolored but now my attitude is hey, I will take some discoloration if I can have some girth. Worst comes to worst I can just do a chemical peel but honestly I don’t think my dick will get that discolored because as long as you make sure your dick isn’t turning black during your clamp sessions, I don’t see how it could turn black outside of the sessions. Girls could seriously give a fuck less about a darker complected dick as long as it works.

Which leads me to my next thought. Every time you do a routine, you should see a temporary increase in size, or else the workout was wasted. I hate to refer to weightlifting here but it is the best relationship I can give. When I lift, my muscles swell up and over time, what was once just swollen muscle becomes permanent and then the next lift my muscles swell to an even larger size.

So there ya have it! I’m not saying I’m right or wrong here, or even that all this shit hasn’t been stated 50 million times on this site. I would just like to have a discussion about clamping and gains and from now on I think NON gainers should be referred to as lazy PEers. I know there’s one guy I can think of named quik4life on here who can’t gain. My question to him is, has he pumped consistently or clamped consistenly for a year straight? I bet you his answer is no. If you don’t put in the time consistently, you might as well not PE at all because you will be running in circles chasing gains you just might have been on the brink of getting.

I will measure at the end of a month’s worth of work, maybe 2. I am only in my 2nd week. I clamped for a month total before I got to school and then couldn’t do it anymore because of privacy issues. I didn’t gain anything during that month because I wasn’t using enough time or pressure. Now I have found a way around the privacy issue. :)

Cable ties, clamps, air clamp…they all work the same way. Air clamp is IMO by far easiest to use.

I agree with the more is more for clamping. Sometimes when I’d do other hardcore routines my cock would get semi-cold afterwards when I lay in bed. No matter how much clamping I do this does not happen… I stay very engorged afterwards and throughout the next day… and this is after long INTENSE clamping. I wish I had all day to clamp, maybe I’ll try that sometime.

With respect to fluid buildup, I don’t think I actually get any of this. What I do seem to get though is swollen skin, or some sort of swelling under the skin. This doesn’t really happen until I go really intense, but it can get to the point where I can barely roll my foreskin over my head when erect cause it’s so swollen, lol. It actually does look a little gross sometimes cause it’s just so massively engorged. Whatever this swelling is though, it goes away almost 100% after 24 hours (not the actual tunica enlargement, just this skin swelling).

By the way, with respect to discolouration, a chemical peel will not remove all of it if it’s at all bad. I actually do have a decent amount of discolouration now, but when I’m really hard it doesn’t look that unnatural. I did just buy this lotion though which supposedly breaks down the crap that causes discolouration and causes it to go away over several weeks. I hope this works, cause I am self-conscious about the discolouration.

It’s tunica, so the more you work on breaking it down over time, the more you will gain. If your erection quality diminishes, it means the tissues are probably swelling and you’re overdoing things, but it doesn’t mean that you’re regressing. Make sure to work on the tunica everyday, if only for just one 10 minute set.

I’m in a really similar position to you. With a good erection, my BPEL is over 7” but I still have a MSEG that is under 4.5”. I’ve had really awesome gains from stretching in the past, but all the jelqing I did never made much of a difference. Even after a hardcore jelq sesh, my unit is hardly any bigger than it was before.

Recently I’ve been really focusing on girth and have developed a liking for cock ringing my mini-me after a work out. I’ve been going for the ‘constant state of jelq’ approach: doing small sessions throughout the day to really maintain a thick unit for as long as possible. So far - I think it’s working! My dick is hanging thicker and it just feels different. The skin feels thinner, like there’s more solid stuff packed in the sausage. I haven’t measured girth yet and don’t think I will for another few weeks, just because I don’t want to discourage myself.

I have recently started clamping. I am about 3 weeks into it, went through the newbie routine and didn’t gain a mm in girth. On average I am 7.75x4.5- 4.75 on a great day. So I figured after almost 6 months of different PE, it was time to clamp. My question to you is I do 2 sets of 7 minutes. I do this Monday-Thursday and take Friday-Sunday off. Is the 4 on and 3 off a good routine or should I do more of a 2 on 1 off? I know I am gaining already just bye the hang and last night my girlfriend even commented that I feel a little thicker. I just don’t want to overwork it. So any advice on the schedule would be great. Thanks

FIRST of all CONGRATS!

SECONDLY, you can’t base advice to EVERYONE on your experience. What is fair to say is that YOU found this worked for you.

Many guys have clamped themselves into temporary impotence, because for them, more was not more!

I think what is a fair statement is to say do as much as you can, that doesn’t cause shrinkage and decreased EQ. The key statement is that your EQ is 10. So if you can clamp 8 hours a day and your EQ stays 10, I’d say its working for you.

However, if you clamp 30 minutes and your EQ drops to 3, its a good bet that its too much for you.

What I am interested in here is did you find that your EQ dropped at first and you kept it up and then EQ got much better? OR did your EQ improve right away with your routine? Also how much time are you using at what level of pressure?

THIRDLY, its inaccurate and unfair to say non gainers are “lazy”. There are many guys that are non-gainers that are that way because of too much PE!

I am excited for you and I like your enthusiasm, but really you can’t extrapolate that if it worked for you, it will work for everyone. However I love hearing when someone who wasn’t gaining, starts to gain.

FOURTH,what I really would love to have you post is what you did different, how you did it, and the PHYSIOLOGIC responses that you have seen that tell you when you are either ON track or when you think you’re OFF track. That would be much appreciated.

Again, congrats on the gains (by the way, what DID you gain?) And for guys getting discoloration, try doing helicopter spins when you are done and between sets until the skin goes pink. This MAY help prevent it from happening or at least minimize it…give it a try.

Let me say that this thread is 100% accurate! I absolutely LOVE clamping and I can’t even IMAGINE my life without it. I used to clamp way too intensely, and it would ruin my EQ. Now, after reading a ton of posts by Drilla, I clamp about 2-3 clicks away from the tightest the clamp will go. And this is PERFECT for getting a nice plump unit, and I also wrap my balls just above them to prevent turkey neck, lol. But this combo is absolutely amazing for giving me a huge thick unit and I do 2 sets of 10 minutes Monday-Friday and take the weekends off. Absolutely AMAZING results, thus far. My girth is absolutely tremendous with cialis. ;)
