Yes he did and he made good gains. I am too lazy to hang and I could care less about length. I have barely any fat pad. My 7+ incher bottoms out on the girls I have sex with. I am 19…so none of the girls have had kids yet.

I’m so glad you posted this spaghetti. I feel that I have been chasing EG gains these past six months. It’s funny that you mention the term “lazy PEers”, because that is what I used to call myself when I wasn’t as consistent as I should be. I finally discovered my pattern of losing EG gains. I would go out and drink a shit load of alcohol in the weekend, measure, discover a slight size loss, get depressed and lazy, skip a session here and there, and be back to the old fucking drawing board. I finally got back my 2/8th EG gain I have been desperately chasing, and I owe it to consistency, a heat pad, faith, and the recent supplementation of O-bends. Good post.

EQ and PIs are good. No thrombosis. This is a learning experience for me and one thing I have learned is the penis can be pushed a lot further than I thought without damaging it. Granted you must be conditioned, but what I do to see this expansion is 100% jelqing pretty hard and slow for 5 minutes, then clamp for 10 minutes, then repeat 2-3 more times.

How big is your MSEG now before clamping sets?

I’m still 4.5-4.7 EG (depending on horniness).


It hangs around 4.75 MS right now pre session. Post session 5 to 5.5 depending on how many sessions I do. My main goal with these sessions is just to make sure I expand at least .25 inches past my permanent girth each session.

Wow that’s great spaghetti! I’ve always been following your threads cause I’m basically in the same boat as you. I’m definitely going to look into this now. What is your exact clamping routine and how long have you been doing this?

3 * 10 minutes with 100% erect jelqing in between every day. I focus on internal pressure.

It may if you’re new to it. Start out 1 on 1 off or 2 on 1 off. I’ve always clamped 5 on 2 off to no detrimental effect.

Yep, at Walmart look for where the extension cords are and you should find a crap load of clamps. Before I started clamping I never knew of these things. Now I have clams of every size around the house, garage and our travel trailer. They sell big ones for garden hoses and the wife finds the smaller ones useful. Got to share this story, I was at Walmart with the wife at the end of the aisle looking around when she yells out to me “Where do they have the Dick Clamps?”. I was pissed and horrified. I reminded her that they are cable not dick clamps.

I was doing 1 on 2 off at first and went to 1 on 1 off. Clamping worked really good for me but I haven’t clamped in over six months. Wife told me I was getting too big and now anal is out.

I meant to tell you that this thread it great. I am glad you are putting the time in again and also to help people out. I see your expansion is getting higher. That was always my goal while clamping or pumping. 1. Get past the permanent girth and 2. Try to get there sooner on the next exercise day. For example.. When I pump (USE HEAT!) I used to take about 4 to 5 sets to fill the tube, now I am filling it on three and sometimes two sets. The same goes for the clamp, it I got to a certain expansion after three sets, my goal would be to get there in two sets the next day of clamping. << This is a mental goal because if you force the expansion to much you could hurt yourself>>> My question to all those who clamp and pump is this, what do you do after your sets, do you use a cock ring to keep it engorged, or just watch porn and masturbate to keep yourself erect and for how long after the last set?

Just started clamping this week. It may be early for me to start so I’m taking it slow. I haven’t experienced any discomfort or severe discoloration yet so I think everything is ok. The main question I have is what I should expect during clamping. When I clamp (as tight as it will go) my girth only increases 1/8” during the session. Granted I’ve only been doing this a week now but should it be increasing more at least temporarily. I have positive signs that I read from clamping 101, mainly showing veins.. They pop out a lot during clamping. Thanks for the help in advance, I’ll post any gains as they come along.

I would probably shoot for a goal of minimum .25” of expansion more than your permanent girth. Try jelqing before starting and in between sets. You will know you are clamping correctly and things are going well when you feel an ache when clamping and afterwards. Another fantastic indicator I use to know if my sets are being productive is that when I kegel, my dick balloons up even bigger with each kegel because more blood is going into the penis without any coming out.

Then once you go on to the next set you do your kegels again and my dick becomes even bigger than the first set. A good example of this would be a guy on here named deer hunter. He says he does 4 * 20 minutes and with each progressive clamping period of 20 minutes, his dick ballons .25”, totaling to an inch of expansion at the end of his workout.
