I’ve been clamping for about 2 or 3 months, and I’ve seen about 1/4” gain. I’m a pretty slow girth gainer, but this is a lot faster than I ever gained before. I’ve also in the last 2 months seen a 3/8” length gain, but I haven’t done any stretches. I can only attribute it to the clamps. Also, yes, I love the BZ/ROP/whatever. The ol balls are bigger than they used to be! Fun fun!
For my clamp routine, I do it on M W F, and I do a half hour session. After that I keep it loosely clamped around the whole package for the rest of the day. It helps keep the post-workout pump and a nice bulge haha. This summer I won’t have a lot of time to do PE, but I’ll keep doing the all day clamping. When I start the fall semester though I’m probably going to start doing 2 or 3 shorter clamp session if I can.
