Right now I am using the infrared, holding it with legs, and is is about the temperature of a hot cup of coffee.

It may or may not be powerfull enough, but if all else fails, now you’ve got a giant vibrato… body massager.

The only difference is this one has an additioal attachment of copper.

The unit I purchased seems to have a defective ‘stone’ attachment, but the Infrared gets good and warm, bordering on hot.
Used it last night for 3, 20 min. sessions and seems to be earning it’s keep.

I bought a massager for $9.99 and haven’t used it yet. I bought it for PE.

I tried the second massager that I bought, the stone attachment doesn’t warm up either. This is probably why they were being closed out. I had hoped the stone attachment would be the best at transfering heat, but the infrared does get quite warm.

I’m gonna buy an IR lamp (not a massager, just a lamp) from Boots (big chain pharmacy and general health and beauty store in the UK) for £14.99. Its meant for helping sports people recover from injuries (pulled muscles) quicker, or to just help anyone get rid of annoying aches and pains. I’m sure I could put it to good use in PE!

(Just thought I’d mention this in case anyone from the UK was wondering where to buy an IR lamp - I might add this info to the UK PE materials thread too, actually)

^Thanks. I just was, I’m Australian born but residing currently in London. I’m going to read up more about using it, finding out safe distance etc.
