Changing up a successful routine
This week I got tired of Jelqing because it took too long and the oil made a mess and left my room with a strong scent for hours and my feet got oily and so did my bathroom stall when i showered afterwards and it became a total hassle.
After my first gains I decided to clamp and stretch and stop jelqing. It is a lot simpler and will help me stick to my routine.
I used to do 300 wet jelqs + 3 x 5-6 minute clamps
Now I’m doing 15 minutes of stretching with 3 x 8-10 minute clamping.
Those with more experience, tell me what you think. I’m trying to get to 8.5 x 6.5 by July and keep at that.
Any chance? How do you feel about this routine?
