So I took a prolonged break from PE. Partly because I had reached a plateau and got frustrated with lack of new gains, partly from getting into a LTR relationship with a girl who was MORE than satisfied with my average cock but mostly because I stopped working from home and did not have the time and privacy to continue my routines.

Well I’ve got time on my hands again so am going to reengage my quest for a bigger cock.

In my first year of PE I ganed over an inch in length, going from 6.1 to 7.1875 at my last measurement. Now *some* of that growth might have been from inconsistent measurements when I first started, but I DEFINITELY gained at least half an inch and probably 3/4 to a full inch. Now this involved roughly an hour or so of PE every day for that year.

I never gained much girth at all despite my best efforts but did, in that first year, go from 4.3 to 4.6875.

So after almost a full year off with next to no PE (ok some light jelqing in the shower and an occasional edged Uli while beating off) I measured the other day. Much to my surprise and delight I lost almost zero length. BPEL came in at 7.125 which I’m absolutely thrilled with. Unfortunately my girth gains virtually disappeared, (down to 4.5 from a start of 4.3) but I’m going to spend 3 months or so doing intense girth work and see what I can do. God if I could get to a solid 5 in girth I’d be fucking thrilled.

Since I expect (if there are any replies at all to this post) to be asked what my routine was that led to my initial gains, I’ll describe it to the best of my recollection. It was 6 months or so of manual work which was responsible for 75% of my gains. The final 6 months I moved into trying a little bit of everything: hanging, pumping, clamping, liquid c, powdered v, you name it.

Since I didn’t really do anything in isolation it’s hard to tell what led to what, but I *think* the last .25 in length came from hanging moderate weight (8 lbs or so for maybe 15-20 mins 3-4x per week) and virtually all of the girth gains came from clamping (3x10, 5 days a week or so).

But the important point, especially for newbies, is that most of my gains came from manual work with nothing extreme involved.

The second most important point, especially for the vets who I remember and respect, is that these gains are in fact permanent. I know most of you couldn’t imagine going a year without beating the hell out of your dicks, but nice to know that you could, right? :)

Well the break seems to have been good. I spent about 10 days newing a modified newbie routine, then moved into some advanced engorgement work. Unfortunately that was a mistake as it gave me my first ever PE injury: a possibly thrombosed, but probably just distended/iritated vein at the base.

I’m gonna be stuck with massage and possibly some LIGHT stretching until this thing completely heals, and once I get back I’m gonna stick with the modified newbie routine for another month or so. No clamping, no erect jelqs. It’s been said over and over and over here, but impatience leads to injury.

The injury popped up on my Monday morning routine but has improved steadily, thanks in large part to Eroset’s Vein Oil, which I highly recommend as a general PE lube, not just to help with injury.

But since I’m not able to do any active PE I decided to measure, and low and behold I recorded an all-time BPEL measurement: 7.3125!!! So while it’s possible that my 7.125 measurement 2 weeks ago wasn’t fully maxed, I think that it was. Which means 2 weeks of stretching and jelqing has given me 3/16 of BPEL!

Girth unfortunately remains at 4.5 but that’s always been a bitch for me.

I’m now hoping that maybe the year long break has been good and I can get another full round of “newbie gains.”

I’m well aware, but bear in mind that all of my measurements have been “push the ruler til it bleeds” bone-pressed measurement. My non-bonepressed is just over 6. Also I started at 6.25 BP and probably around 5.25 in NBP, which was at or below average depending on which survey you look at.

While I’ve got a goal of roughly another inch NBP, which I expect to gain through a combination of PE and weight loss, I would be perfectly happy to get zero additional length if I could get some freaking girth gains, because 4.5 is really quite on the skinny side.
