Changed up my routine but still no gains

Hey, I’ve been PEing since last year, going off and on for awhile now. My problem is, since the start of 2006, I haven’t really gained. For the first couple months, I was doing half an hour a day, with about an hour a day on Friday and Saturday, just simple stretches and jelqs. Normally about a 50:50 ratio of stretching to jelqing.

Then I took a break for a little while, and tried again, this time with less time on the weekends (what can I say, I got lazier). Did that for a little while, but that didn’t work either.

Finally, for the last 2-2 1/2 months, I’ve been doing half an hour every day, normally 10 minutes of stretching, 10 minutes jelqing, and 10 minutes kegel jelqing. I’ve also tried making my stretches more intense. However, I still have seen no improvements.

This worries me because I’ve tried switching it up and I’ve seen NOTHING. Right now I’m about 7-7 1/8” NBP, a little over 7 3/4” BP. Not sure about girth. I really want to get to 8” NBP. Anyone got any good ideas to stimulate growth? I could sure use some.

The longer I’m here, the more I’m convinced that continued gains are the result of “working the angles” while stretching or hanging.

Most guys think of hanging or stretching in a two-dimensional (SU, SO, SD, OTS, BTC, etc.) fashion: I prefer to think of an ice-cream cone with the open end extending away from my penis. After a warmup, I’ll start looking for an angle that seems tight, and work it until it loosens up. I seem to still be gaining using this strategy.


I think you’ve started off much too aggressively. Working out every day is excessive, especially for a newbie. At minimum, take weekends off.

I don’t think I’ve done it too much, because I started early 2004 and went off and on, I feel I’ve pretty much worked up to this. Maybe I will try going 3 days on, 1 off. My only thing is I’m a workaholic so I have a bad tendency to overdue stuff like this once I get into it.

I’ll try the advice you all gave me and report my progress in about a month.

Oh, and sorry it took so long for me to reply, I wasn’t online for awhile.
