I recently changed the way I do my manual stretches and I can really see a difference in the hang right after. Instead of doing 1min x 4 in all 5 directions, I am doing 2min x 2 in all 5 directions. Anyone else do it this way and see a better result in growth?

Start nov05 6.313" BPEL x 5.250" EG

Current 7.5" BPEL(goal reached!) x 5.375" EG

Goal 7.5" BPEL x 6.25" EG

I do it 30 sec x 2 in all directions.

Start: 7.2" BPEL, EG = 5"

Current: 7 7/8" BPEL, 7" NBPEL, 8" BPFSL, EG(midshaft) = 5 5/8"

Goal: 8" NBPEL, EG = 6.5"

I do 60 sec x 2 in all directions.

I do like 9 different directions though.

Current 2/17/06 BPEL: 6.5" EG: 5.5" Goal: BPEL: 8.0" EG 6.5"

I do 45 minutes in 10 different directions of regular stretches. For leglong stretches I do 12 minutes and 2 directions and for inverted v stretches I do 6 minutes and 2 directions :) .

I have my own variation of stretching that really works. When I’m done, I know that I’ve put in some micro tears. The routine goes like this:

1) Warm your “area” with a hot towel to get everything loosened up
2) Do some forward pulls, with gradual increases in force to prime those ligs
3) Lay down on your bed with your legs slightly apart
4) Raise your left leg, reach under and get a good grip of your penis and start pulling
5) When you get a good tug, start lowering your leg, using it as a lever until your leg is back down flat on the bed
6) While still holding your penis in this “press”, start raising your right leg and move it away from you. You might want to massage your super stretched lig with your free hand at this point.
7) Repeat the procedure from the right side
8) Massage your sore ligs after completing the routine
9) Take a hot shower

You can position the tug to different angles as you can with the raising of the opposing leg. I don’t know how safe this is for newbies so don’t push it until you get a sense of how much your body can take. I do it while watching TV, and I’ve done it under the covers and my GF was none the wiser.

I call this the “├╝ber stretch”.
