"Cementing" Gains

12

Kegelman,

I cut way back on my original routine, (after six months), and now almost three months later, I just measured, and although I thought my BPEL gains were cemented, I lost an inch, but my flaccid gains remain.

Has anyone had the problem of finding it hard to cement one type of gain versus another?

By that I mean length versus girth.

I find my length gains are mine from the moment I get them. Girth is the exact opposite. I would not be confident of calling my girth gains “cemented” even after 6 or 8 weeks.

Andy,

We seem to be having the exact opposite experience. But I’m thinking more and more that unless I’m willing to practice PE at the level I did for the first six months, I’m not going to maintain my gains, whether they’re girth or length.

Horse,

Unfortunately such is life mate!

Andy,

I have to laugh. Last February, about the time I joined Thunder’s, after I had been P’E’ing for about five months, and had made remarkable gains, I emailed one of the other free p.e. sites, (I forget which one), worried that my dick would grow too large for my lady’s comfort. I was genuinely concerned that I would keep growing beyond what she could accomodate and end up like some kind of circus freak. The question I asked them was, “Can I expect these gains to be permanent?” A woman emailed me back with, “Yes, they should remain permanent.” A lot she knew!!! .

So if i PE my ay to 8 inches, then keep going for a few months before stopping, i should keep most of the gains?

Generally, yes.

But my question is: How long a “slack-off” period does it take to kill the gains? If I get a quarter inch gain, but miss a day or 2 due to a full weekend and then pickup hardcore on Monday, will the gains most likely be shot to hell in that short time?

Gains I rember my first gains I was happy!

DeViz,

I would say the answer to your question is yes. But you would probably get them back a day or two after you picked up again. It’s tough to work out every single day, but I believe the more “hardcore” sessions you have in a row, the better your chances are of making serious gains, and then maintaining them.

Good comments Horse. I am sure I will be PEing long after my goals are reached anyway. Probably have to start a chapter of PEer’s anonomous to quit, lol.

Man Who Kegels,

I’d be glad to become a charter member of you start a PEA chapter.
