Can You Gain From Manual Stretching?


Just wondering whether or not any people have any stories regarding manual stretching - can you gain length from this without hanging?

I do jelquing and uli’s etc, but i have now started to manual stretch to see if i can improve my length gains. Does anyone have any good manual routines and any motivational stories?

I could use some info on this too. I pull straight down 4 sets of 30 seconds, pull straight out and do 4 sets of 30 circles, then 4 sets of v-stretches holding 15 seconds. Is this enough or a good routine because I havent gained yet. I would like some suggestions as well.

stretching manually

I have been doing pe seriously on a schedule for about 2 weeksadn the gains before were only 1/8 or maybe almost 1/4 an inch in girth and thats it. Since my schedule in 2 weeks I gained about that much more so I am up a total of about 3/8 in girth. NO length. I was wondering if you can stretch 2 times a day and if you have to warm up to stretch? thanks. this site kicks ass.

I was getting minimal gains from a combo of manual stretching and jelqing. I have began to get better gains from kegelling during both manual stretching and jelqing. Also using multiple directions for stretching and jelqing also has improved my workouts.
