Can someone help me with my plan?
currently i do 30 minutes of jelqing a day after i get out of the shower (equivalent to a hot wrap IMO). but i do no stretching.
i mean ZERO! i want to incorperate a 1/2 hour stretching exercise into my plan. firstly, should do it before or after my jelquing? and secondly: which stretches have you guys noticed the largest gains with?
i am willing to spend an hour a night on PE simply because i usually watch TV in my room while im doing it. but i only do 1/2 hour of jelqs. i’ve had great results with this (around an inch in length) but i want more length. my goal is to be 9.5” and im currently 8”. please help me out.
ps. im not going to buy any devices or anything. im just looking for manual stretches.
