Can fluid build-up bring serious problems?

Hi all

Ok, probably someone will answer that I only have to learn how to use the search button. Actually I’ve searched, but I found only topics about the donut effect - particularly, how a night should be enough to get rid of it.

I’m not experiencing fluid build-up for jelqing (it happened sometimes, in the past, but no big deal), but as a consequence of a vacuum ADS.
I don’ really mind the appearance, since I know it usually disappears in an hour, but I’m a little concerned by the fact it has been going on for the whole day.

Thus, my question is: can the fluid build-up have some serious consequences on tissues, sensitivity, erectile capacity or else?

IF you continue to llet it happen it will eventually cause the skin to become loose around your penis.

You mention that it normally goes in a short time, but now it is there all day. You must draw your own conclusion as to what will happen if you keep getting this ptoblem.
The answer it simply to avoid it either by less pressure, or shorter workouts.

The tissue in the area actually weakens with each event, making future build-up events more likely.

Do what petitfaun suggests. And take a look at your whole PE routine.

I have what I guess is a doughnut after an intense 15 min jelquing session. It very red and big expansion during the exercise. Now (a couple of hours later) I still have a doughnut where the skin bunches just past the circ scar. The doughnut is excess skin and fluid and goes out almost 1/4” around.

I think I damaged a lymph a couple of weeks ago, but it certainly hasn’t affected dick performance or size. Vets, how concerned should I be about this?

I thought this would be a better place to post than start another fluid/doughnut thread.

Stop dpoing such intence workouts - UNness you like having loose turkey neck skin round your unit.

It appears you might be looking at this from a perspective where the person keeps re-injuring/ creating fluid buildup without letting the tissue heal.

Once a person completely heals (and I wonder how long that would take)—is it possible to get back to normal? Or could the tissue heal stronger than before?

I had this very same problem. I was using a Vac ADS as well. I started to get fluid build up and it eventually weakened my tissues on the tip of my head. The result was that when ever I stretched or jelqed I would get a big red spot that looked like a bruise on the tip of my penis. It didn’t take much for it to happen either. And it took a couple of days for it to go away. I finally had to take a decon and come back without the ADS. Also, when I came back I was very light on the stretches and jelqing. So far so good.

I do plan on coming back with the ADS eventually. I think that the main problem was that I was using the ADS more like an All Day Hanger(ADH). Because it was so comfortable I could hang more weight. I was hanging 5 to 6 pounds all day long. I know longer think this is a good approach and am coming back with the less is more approach. When I get back to using the ADS I will only use it with 1 to 2 pounds and see how it goes.

I hope this helps! Good Luck!

Thank you all for the replies.

There are a few things I want to add:

1. The lymph build up while wearing an ADS it is NOT a consequence of the applied traction. I’m wearing it waist-wrapped (low/medium pressure), and I’m well convinced it’s only due to the vacuum inside the head. As a matter of fact, if I let some air inside the cylinder cap the fluid build up is less pronounced.

2. I bought the constriction sleeves, which should be meant for this very purpose - avoiding the lymph buildup. I still have to try them, anyway, since I already found pretty small the cylinder cap - it’s even difficult to fit my glans inside of it, and I cannot imagine how difficult it would be to wear another sleeve on top of my penis and then try to fit that into the vacADS head.
[I’m almost 6” EG, but flaccid I do not consider myself so thick - nevertheless, it seems the cylinder cap was designed a little too tight]

Maybe you misunderstood (or am I misunderstanding you?): the lymph build up disappears in a short time as soon as I take the ADS off.
But, it has been going on the entire day, because I’ve worn the ADS for the entire day.

As I said, the build up it’s not a consequence of my routine. When I jelq I do not get a fluid build up anymore.
It’s just a consequence of the vacuum inside the vacADS head, so to avoid it should I stop wearing the ADS at all?

You have to wear the ADS not more than 40’-60’ in a row, I think.

That’s a little against the idea of All Day Stretcher, isn’t it?

Ok, you can take a brief interruption every hour or so, but then
- considering that it takes more than a minute to remove it and to wear it again, plus the time you should spend massaging the penis to remove the fluid build up, in the end every hour the ADS should NOT be worn for maybe 5’. Not so discreet, moreover.

- shouldn’t this jeopardize the effects of the ADS? The idea behind it as far as I understand is to use a low pressure force for a long period of time. If every hour I have to remove it for 5/10 minutes, the effectiveness is likely going to be reduced.

Yes, it’s reduced a bit, maybe, but the penis has viscous properties: it means that if is stretched to a given measure for a while, it tends to stay in this elongated state for sometime after the tension is removed.

However, if you don’t want to remove it every hour, take your blister, what I could do?

No, I’m not the one with the blister. :)

I only get a lymph build-up. That’s why I started the topic: just to understand what physical consequences I should expect from a prolonged fluid build-up.

It’s the same. If you don’t want fluid build up going worst, you have to remove the ADS every 40’ or such, and/or use less tension.

Since I’m experiencing no consequences to lymph build-up, and moreover build-ups are reducing over time (probably I’m getting used to the vacextender), for now I will go on, monitoring the effects.

Hi Leviathan, I totally get where your coming from. I use the vac extender and suffered badly from lymph build-up. I could only wear the thing for 30-40 mins before a small blister appeared. Had to wait ages for it to heal, once it did, wore it for 10mins.soreness developed where the blister had been (definitely weakened the glans skin) So I put it down to me being too sensitive to vacads. I went back to manual and noose stretching UNTIL the guys behind the Heavy-duty taticstrecher (I don’t own one, but similar to auto-extender) posted video on how to prepare the glans. Long story short.taping up my glans has stopped me getting fluid build up or worse blisters!!

Hope it helps bro!
