Calling all veterans!

I have a question often asked by newbies that doesn’t get a lot of attention from the more advanced but should.

How much do you really gain per month?

I’m not talking about your best gains in the first year or two. Over all what would you say the amount it realistically?

I’ve been wrestling with this one for a while and I want to say overall, not just in the two years most PE’ers experience most of their gains, I think it’s somewhere in the ballpark of .25” to .75” per year. Less than .0625” or 1/16” per month for a number of years with diminishing gains each year.

I may be a little off but I that number is fairly accurate for those who’ve been PE’ing for over 5 years. Long enough to shoot past newbie gains at least.

Bpel: 8", Bpeg: 6", Mbeg: 5.75", Meg: 5.5", Aheg: 5.25", Heg: 4.5" - 11/18/11

Bpel: 8", Bpeg: 6", Mbeg: 5.875", Meg: 5.63", Aheg: 5.38", Heg: 4.75" - 5/18/12

Bpel:+1/4", Bpeg:6", Mbeg: 5.875", Meg:+1/16", Aheg: +1/16", Heg: +1/16" - 6/18/12

The reason it doesn’t get more attention is that it’s impossible to say. Some guys gain length easily, some gain girth easily. Some guys are hard gainers on one or the other or both. Some guys are consistent and have great ‘feel’ for what is happening to their penis as they PE, some are inconsistent or inefficient in their exercise.

Most of the vets will have had some long ‘time-outs’ because of work, family or injury, so couldn’t give an accurate gain rate. And some years we just gain more than others, sometimes with a plateau of several moths followed by sudden gains! It’s difficult to put monthly or yearly figures on something that doesn’t follow a smooth gain curve.

If you give someone a figure to shoot for and they don’t make it, they end up thinking PE doesn’t work, or doesn’t work for them, or that they are a very hard gainer and maybe the effort isn’t worth it. Often they convince themselves they are ‘doing it wrong’ or need to jump to advanced exercises to gain faster (which as we know is usually the worst thing to do).

So I just tell guys to try it, to be consistent, and to focus on the feel of what they are doing, and see where it leads them.

If you take 20 new gym members and tell them that they should all gain X amount of muscle in a month, a year, 5 years, they are still all going to get different results because you cannot control every aspect of their genetics or routines.

You could probably use your figure of .75” for the first, and possibly the second year as a fair ballpark gain for a consistent, average PEer (for the first year because gains tend to come more easily, and for second year because guys are learning what works best for them by then), but after the second year, most guys will get much slower gains or long plateaus, but that doesn’t mean they won’t get growth spikes, especially when they have just changed exercises etc.

So is it worth telling guys what they should ‘expect’ to gain? I prefer to tell them what will give them the best chance to maximise their gains, i.e. use heat, be consistent, time/session is more important than load/strain/force, (although those must be sufficient to force an adaptive change), rest is important after intensive girth work but less rest is needed for stretching/hanging, and keep reading the forum and learning more, because with PE knowledge is king for long term gains.

Not sure that’s the answer you want, but it’s my experience. :)

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

For me, it’s impossible to say. I’ve gained consistently in my first 1-1.5 years and since then I stopped gaining due to lack of time, patience and consistency. I hope I can kick start new gains with hanging.

Start • 5.94''x4.92''

Now • 6.50''x4.96''

Goal • 7.00''x5.75''

I think a reasonable amount to shoot for would be .25 a year. That number can be achieved with a reasonable and safe routine.

I pretty much agree with all posters today.

For me, I’ve gained .75” in a little over 2 years. The problem, or the good thing :) , is that I varied my routines as I became more experienced. Therefore, it’s very tough to gauge where exactly my gains came from. However, a person that places serious commitment at least 5 days a week, and solid amounts of daily work (i.e. 30 - 60 mins/day), I would think that it’s possible to gain in first 2 years .25-.5”/yr. If indeed gains slow into the 3-5th years, I wouldn’t know as I’m just in my third year. I hope not. HA HA!! This has been a lot of work so far.

I said earlier 30-60 mins/day, however I’ve also been extending for over a year, averaging 2-3 hours per day, 5 days a week. I’ve relied on the extender for length, and therefore didn’t do stretches. I jelqed maybe 10-20 mins/day & later used pump for girth. Using extender 2-3 hours a day is a lot more time commitment than a daily newbie stretching routine, therefore I’m only speculating on expected gains from manual PE. I feel extending has significantly helped me gain, and I don’t know much I would have gained if I kept only to manual PE. However in reading many others’ posts, it appears many have had similar gains without extending.

Do your stretches, then strap on the extender. :)

Some grow quickly others slowly, tha’s it. Also it depens on the quality of your routine.

6 years of P.E.(2007-2008 - ???)

7 months of pumping (2013/14 - ???)

Why do you think I should do stretches first?

I will say that I set tension level low for first few minutes or so, and then build up tension to max comfortable level afterwards. I figure that’s my warm-up period. Oh, and I often will get the blood flowing first, allow my glans to expand which helps with strapping in and maintaining larger size while in the extender.

Get the stretch with the stretches. Keep the stretch going with the extender. Then the extender is ‘working’ from the moment you strap it on.

Excellent response. I got 3 cm+ in four months, and despite repeating that amount of time, with greater weight, plus various bouts of enthusiasm, in the seventeen years since, can’t honestly claim to have acquired even 1 cm more (EL)
