They are out of vaccum hangers on autoextender.com. Isite is the googled it and this website is the only one that sells vaccum hangers. Any other places you might know for good vaccum hangers ???

mynewsize.com sells the MVII. I picked it up, but I haven’t had time/privacy to use it. I plan to use it a lot this year to get my length over 9”

I use the bib hardcore for 20 minutes and then the static stretcher heavy for 20 minutes back and forth so I can maximize my time hanging time and get an hour of hanging in just over an hour. (More time in a vacuum is bad for me but I like being able to get some chores done and walk around during the hour: 1 in the AM and 1 in the PM)

Just checked the autoextender site.
I don’t get why they’ve “Retired” the vacu hanger. Surely this was they’re best product?

Got to order more sleeves for mine, makes me thankful I bought mine when I did.

I was going to order vacu hanger when weights get too heavy for my vac extender head. :(

Wow! I was planning on getting a Vac Hanger within the next few weeks too :( . Has anyone tried this alternative and how does it compare to the Vac Hanger?


Short Term Goal - 7.75 BPEL

I’ve heard the MVII is better, but I would have no point of comparison. It seems like you can get more set time with the MVII in comparison to the Vac Hanger.

Disclaimer: I bought the MVII about a month ago, but I have not had time/privacy to experiment with it. I hope to do this during the summer so that I can do some intensive hanging in the fall.

I’ll contribute to this survey.

I’ve been wearing an ADS since mid-December. Before then, I expirimented with some jelqing but never had a consistent schedule, so I didn’t gain any before wearing the ADS.

I’ve been wearing the ADS for 6 months now. My starting length measurement was aprox. 5.8” BPEL. My measurement now is 6.7” BPEL.

The particular ADS that I’m using is the one from SizeGenetics.com, however I don’t think it really matters which ADS a person wears, as all ADS are very similar in structure and serve essentially the same purpose.

I wear the ADS 8-12 hours per day, no rest days (though I’ve started taking rest days recently, as I believe, from my experience, that having some rest days, however few, is better than not having any at all).

From my experience, the ADS alone (without jelqing, clamping, etc.) does produce gains, but not as much as when a PEer combines the ADS and other PE exercises.

I agree with Dino9x7 bib is the standard for heavy hanging and I might get another one.as for the vacuum hangers no I think your best bet is to get the auto extender one.I love monkeybars product products.Did you have the static stretcher heavy and what was the problem with the device.

Sorry about the grammar I have dyslexia it is a mild case know but was really bad when I was little.It was so bad they kept me back when I was learning how to write.My reading was is fine but writing has plagued me my whole life so much I never learned how to use cursive very well.I can do it but not well.Sorry again.

The mv2 looks like a good product but have never used it so I can’t say for sure.The Vac hanger is most likely quicker on off, no pumps or extra sleeves to get the right fit.

Wayoflife99 how do you like the bib hardcore from the regular bib? Or any one else who has one would like to know your input on the new bib hanger.

I can do an hour with the static heavy at one time with no fluid build up problems.I think I could go an hour and a half but not trying to push it.I use 6lbs springs fully compressed.and have about an 1.25 inch’s left on the bars.

I have never used over 10 lbs with the grip 8 lbs was my normal hanging weight.I feel a better pull from the static heavy at 6 lbs.

I don’t think crazy amounts of weight should be used at first go light as you can until you stop gaining size.

I like the bib hardcore a lot but I never tried the other ones. I found my best combination using both back to back because it keeps me hanging the whole time and best uses my hour of time in the AM and PM. I don’t try the heaviest settings on the static stretch heavy and I use between 7.5 and 10 pounds on the bib depending on the angle.

I was a Wench user for about 6 months. I used it in combination with the newbie routine and was able to hand up to 12 lbs. The comfort was an issue and I felt like I was getting a lot of skin stretch. I have a Bib that another great TP member gave me to try. I used it once and was freaked out by how big it was.

About three months ago I switched over to a VacHanger from Monkey bar and love it. I bought a XL cylinder by accident so I need to tape my glans and use a 1” piece of sleeve to keep my head from swelling to much. If I want a good glans expansion work out I just leave the constriction stuff off and hang a short set.

For the last month I have been working an ADS into my routine and think I am getting results. My BPEL and BPSFL had stalled before the VacHanger and ADS combo but now I have gained a 1/4 in BPSFL and have seen new highs for the BPEL since I started this combo. Another important fact is that I have stopped all jelqing at the same time I started up the hanging/ADS routine. I think jelqing was toughening up my tunica and helping is resist growth.

My ADS is my old wench with the gripper pads removed. I wrap with a Scuncci (sp?) hair tie band cut in half. I then use a heavy duty rubberband between the Wench and a sports brace just below my knee. I can wear this for 8 hours no problem under loose pants.
