Agreed King, there are special interests everywhere, and I think a moderate to high intake of caffeine WILL affect gains.

Anyway, I doubt that very much. I guess with P.E. everything is opinion, but you should still try to use as much evidence as possible, that is what I had thought Thunder’s was all about. Then again, the whole debate over sex/masturbation and its effects on gains still rages on.

Exactly - the only evidence we have in PE is empirical, and since we don’t all PE together, the only person I can watch is myself.

Because of the theories I have on PE - and I’ve been doing this a while, been everywhere mentally to figure it out - caffeine would indeed be a hindrance to gains.

You’re certainly entitle to your opinion, but I think you’re discounting the possibility as nutty, when there could be a very good reason for the way I think.

I can get away with drinking 4 to 6 cups of coffee a day for about a week before I notice definite shrinkage.

So yes it can make your dick smaller.

It also leeches calcium from your bones and flushes iron out of your blood!!

I knew about the calcium leeching I did not know about the iron issue.

Yeah it basically strips all the nutrients from your system:(

In moderation it won’t hurt you,but large amounts will make you feel like ass!

So no wonder it makes your dick shrink.

After reading this thread I gave up on caffeine for a week. That week was enough to make me give up on caffeine for good. I noticed a huge difference in flaccid and erect size. I’m starting to look a lot more at what I eat and how it affects me.

Out of curiosity what differences did you notice?

I noticed that through out the day I had fuller flaccid hang and that I could reach maximum erection in shorter time. There were also better quality erections. I hadn’t PE’ed for that whole week (I’m always super busy) and I thought by trying to stop the caffeine intake now, I could see if it would affect me. Being that I hadn’t PE’ed seemed like I could use my penis’ current state as a control. I believe now that what you give your body can help or hinder gains. With regular PE and an eye on what you eat can bring you unbelievable gains. Although not proven, I’m going to take this road and see what happens.

I haven’t gotten any caffeine in about a week now, and after day 3 I already had a fuller flaccid hang.

I had to go to the urologist (a female) and got a 70% erection when she had to touch me. She even said that I had a pretty big one, for a white male.

To be honest, it felt good when she said that. Even though I said her that it’s still small, she said ‘I would know the difference between small and big, no?’.

The achieved erection actually is the proof that I haven’t got ED + that I get quicker and better erections. My random erections (by little excitement) got better too.

Yesterday I had to take the train and I couldn’t help it but I got a woody and it was slightly harder and bigger than at home.

I also noticed that my glans has gotten bigger too, at least when erect. Not only does it feel better when I have an erection, I can also get one more easily

So I think I can say that the no-caffeine works for me! All I drink is water now. And I didn’t even had a hard time quiting, I just did it the next day without any problems.

All I can say to those who drink lots of caffeine and experience shrinkage, is to give it a try for a week. By the way, it has also given back my morning woods! :)

I quit coffee and I can’t function for two days!!

Has anyone ever had experience with caffeine or anything like it shrinking certain areas of the penis girth? For some reason my mid girth and glans girth is less right now but right under my glans it is the same. I am recently getting over some side effects from a green tea extract fat burner pill that i took for a while. Maybe this is a side effect from that. Also I am not very active and i know my girth seems to be better after i have done exercise that makes my heart beat a lot faster.
