Can kozzies. Why didn’t I think of that. Just cut the bottom out and slip it on, no wrapping necessary.

I actually cut it from the thing that sticks out in the picture (holds can) and cut it length wise. See picture one. Certainly you can slip it on whole but I used to still wrap because of the extra padding provided. The neoprene keeps clean, can be washed and was comfortable.

I haven’t clamped in a couple years, however always keep an eye out for things. I think pipe insulation might be suitable for clamping. Take a look at picture 2 and 3. In fact someone could probably use it as padding for a hanger.

I the pipe insulation it to slip under the door to insulate against drafts (Picture 4).

My cousin from the U.S. and will bring me 4 Calmp’s.

Thanks!

Have you told your cousin that you are a dick bodybuilder?

a dickbuilder?

My cousin does not know. Two other cousins know because I talked to them about.
Some friends and my wife (of course) knows that I do PE.

Sorry! I mean circumference and diameter when not posted.

Yup! once your girth starts to gain, the clamps can break under pressure. Get as many as you can. They are inexpensive.

That sounds quite interesting! Do you have any pictures of that built up clamp that you could post here?

I’ve not used a hot glue gun before. How hot does the glue get? How long does it take to cool? How long do you have to mold it? Can you mold it with your fingers or do you need a tool of some sort?

I am no expert on clamping but I think a broader edge would be better, not a narrow one as you are suggesting with a “triangle shape”. Clamping is already a risky proposition. That triangle shape would focus much greater pressure onto a much narrower area and therefore potentially cause even greater injury and more easily too. It would be like using a more sophisticated version of a tourniquet, which in itself is not recommended either. With clamping you are aiming to constrict blood vessels draining blood from the penis, not to crush or damage them! A broader edge would distribute the pressure of the clamp better, causing adequate constriction, while lessening potential for injury. Experts please feel free to chime in if I have got any of that wrong.

CK: Now I remember what I didn’t like about the pipe insulation. The rough texture under pressure of the clamp kind of irritates the skin, after a while in the same way that the crinkly ACE bandage does, and I was always getting pinched by shaft skin trying to ooze out of the crack where the tube is split. However, I see by the pics that inserting one inside the other might prevent the ooze problem.

Also the teeth of the clamp will eventually tear up the foam. But they’re cheap and you could cut many little sleeves from one tube. Might be worth a shot, but for me it’s more trouble than it’s worth, when the athletic wraps work fine. Your idea might work as a kind of light weight hanger, though. As long as care is taken to keep the screw pointed down so the pressure is off the dorsal nerve it might be worth a shot, but I think you Cup Koozzie has more promise. I like the idea of something that can be slipped on quickly and easily without wrapping.

I seem to recall someone cut the pipe insulation the way you illustrate and glued it into the clamp for an easy on easy off kind of deal.
Can’t look: You could probably use the glue gun to affix the pip insulation.

Mch:
The clamp is already kind of triangular, as is the human penis. This is why clamps work so well if put on correctly with the screw down. Look at my avatar. When the clamp is open or clicked on the first notch it is the exact shape of a dick, that being broader across the dorsal side. When the clamp is closed it grips the sides, leaving the soft sponginosm along the ventral side untouched, as well as the dorsal nerve bundle and vein.

Thankyou “Big Girtha”, but I already own a cable clamp and therefore fully aware of it’s interior perimeter shape. I know that at it’s biggest girth the medium cable clamp does indeed start off at that “kind of triangular” shape as you have described it. In addition, I also know that as it clamps down, the shape then progressively changes to a nearly exact oval shape at its smallest girth.

So then why would “cantlook”, or anyone, want to build up the insides to that shape when it is more or less correctly shaped already? You probably wouldn’t! Well I wouldn’t, and so that is why I have interpreted what “cantlook” has said as meaning something quite different from that. It did not seem to me like the triangle shape he was talking about was the same triangle shaped perimeter that you spoke of, but rather meant a triangle shaped ridge built up upon the perimeter, the summit of which would press itself into the penis perpendicular to the length of the penis shaft. Such a built up triangular ridge would, as I have already suggested, focus too much pressure on too small an area. Hence my previous warnings about the narrow edge, tourniquet, crushing, etc. (An unmodified cable clamp is flat in that respect and therefore provides a broad edge).

What I posted previously would be fundamentally correct I believe, assuming a triangular ridge was “cantlook’s” intention. I may have misinterpreted what “cantlook” has said though, as he really didn’t say very much in that regard, so he really could have meant anything! He could probably have meant it as you have interpreted it.

The correct spelling of “spongiosum”, however, is not open to interpretation. ;)

My original clamp seems to have gone missing, or is camera shy, however I’ve photoshopped an sample of what I had build and was using to hang.
One end of the string stays tied to the clamp and the other has a loop big enough to hook onto the other side of the clamp, after looping through whatever you’re using for weight.

There are a couple kinds of glue guns here in Canada, Hot and Cool versions, both are easy to find and cheap (here anyway). I don’t know about the “cool” version but the idea is basically a substance that is very rigid at room temperature, but when heated will bond to the surface it cools onto, then again becoming rigid as it cools. the glue comes in “sticks” that feed into back of the gun.

I have a Hot Glue system which needs to heat the glue up quite a bit and hurts a lot to the touch (try not to touch) but cools in about 10 seconds. The tip of the gun stays hot so it can be used to mold the glue in place. even after it cools you can reheat it an smooth it out. holding it over an external heat source would probably work too to smooth out the surface (just not too hot to melt the clamp!)

Hope that helps!
