Early in 2001 I attempted PE but got lazy and quit. However, there was one thing I did for a few months as an exercise I thought up to make my head bigger. My head still isn’t anywhere near the size I’d like, but it’s larger than it used to be. I don’t know the exercise I did is an actual exercise or not, but I figured I’d share. I’ve always called it the Button Crush (or I’d tell my wife I was crushing the button).
Here’s how I did it (and will be doing again):
I get a 40-50% erection
make a tight OK sign at mid-shaft with my right hand, thumb on top and fingers on bottom of my dick shaft.
I squeeze the hell out of my dick and slowly work my OK up to the place where the shaft terminates and the glans begins.
At this point I take my left hand and I put the palm on my dick head, and basically smash my dick head down. I maneuver my hand in a way that the blood in the glans swishes around to fill everything in fullness. I held for 10 seconds and did 5 sets, increasing the number of sets as my glans became accustomed to the extra pressure.
I can’t say much for the safety of this exercise, so perform it at your own risk. I know that the “rim” of my head became more prominent because of this exercise and my wife seems to enjoy it. Anyhoo, I thought I’d share it for review and opinion.
