Busted capillaries

Anybody have trouble busting capillaries while jelqing. I think I must have weakened them by doing to many squeezes. I laid off for 4 days and tried today. After about 10 jelq’s at 70 % , I had blood under the skin in several places?

Try avoiding jelqs for several weeks.. Stretch in the meantime.

I’ve had the same problem, but much more so after doing squeezes (horse440’s in particular)

I am, however, as clueless as you are…

Just do not do your jelqs as intense for a few days, take it easy, I would not stop doing them.
