bundled stretches for people struggling with girth gains

Well I guess I gotta give these another try. I’ve done them in the past though and got absolutely nothing out of them.

I’m a week in and my E.Q. Has never been better.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

I’ve noticed that stretching definitely allows for more expansion.

I’ve started to wonder if some form of vibration would help anything.

I’ve been using them for a couple of weeks as well, and it does seem to help with EQ. Certainly it is more plump afterward, and it generates bloodflow for jelqing and clamping. Of course, it could be the strange doing this — my penis has never experienced a twisting sensation, and it reacts to the newness. So the EQ effect could wear off over time.

Still, it is proving to be a very effective warm-up for me. I can start flaccid, and within five minutes generate enough bloodflow for jelqing and ballooning, and move up from there as my routine progresses. Plus, I am a believer this does some good, so read on.

I experiment with intensity and number of twists. I have been tinkering with a half to full twist when moderately erect (soft erection) with a slight bend (varying directions). This generates a great deal of lateral pressure, and maybe it will finally spawn some girth for me.

At lower erections, <50%, I twist at least a full turn, maybe two, and either pull or bend over my wrist. ~Very light pressure!~

Also, you are twisting the TUNICA. So don’t just grab your tip and crank it. Try to feel the twists along the meat of your shaft, especially if you pass the 50% erection mark.

I see a great deal of opportunity for injury here, so go slow and do not take chances. The first time I tried it, I raspberried along the shaft, which was a good indication I overextended. This was after a 10 day rest, though, so I should have started slower. This was also a great indication of the effectiveness of the exercise. There is no doubt it induces trauma.

This is a very intense exercise, so user beware. It is right up there with clamp-jelqing in the pump while hanging for injury potential, and maybe more since it is easy to just twist and pull at any time during the day. Also, the injury may not be instant. And remember, if you twist just your tip, you could pinch some nerves or worse. This is not a tip twist — it is a SHAFT twist.

I can see how it might not start aching until that night or the next day, so go really slow, guys. I felt sharp pains along the shaft after the first time, but not until I was trying to go to sleep that night. So the pain was an afterthought, and it encouraged me to really back off on it. It went away the next morning and I rested a few days.

I start with a half turn and a ~light~ pull and work up from there.

I’m up to two full turns and a moderate stretch for 5 minutes at a time a couple of times a day when I remember.

No drama as yet, and no soreness.

I want to ask the more experienced members.Do you think bundle stretches are exercise, that can toughen your penis?Veterans here advocate for doing less intense exercises early on in your career, so you can have more room for growth over time.But since bundle stretches are exercise that pre-stretch the tunica and make her more pliable, arent they consider more intense in the sense of being more dangerous for newbies and inexpierenced, because of the twisting, but not because they can make your penis very tough early on?

What do you think?

wurst, the guy who posted about bundled stretches here and reported huge girth gains from them, advised to twist as much as possible (the twisted area being the one that grows in girth), he also said that in his experience you could forget about length gains after doing them for a while.

I guess I will forget about them for now…thanks for the reply.

Everyone’s experience is different.

The tunica stretches in all directions with this exercise.

This post isn’t directed towards anyone, just anyone who happens to read this thread to learn about bundled stretches..

This exercise seems insane!! In my opinion the risk vs. Reward is WAY too skewed towards risk compared to any normal PE exercise. The penis is an ORGAN with nerves and blood vessels. It’s not just a hollow CC that you are twisting and manipulating. Why not stick with normal exercises that don’t involve contorting your penis in an abnormal way that would likely never happen unless you actually wanted to twist and pull your dick out. Normal exercises work over time and I find it hard to believe that doing ‘bundled stretches’ works any more efficiently than any other PE exercise. Why not just stay safe?

I’m a month in and my E.Q. Has sky rocketed.

I’m doing 3-5 5 minute sessions per day and using moderate pressure so I’m not going as hard as I could.

I twist and pull only as far as a moderate pinching sensation and only experience mild redness that dissipates in a few minutes.

I have found that these bundled stretches do up E Q. This is a great exercise for E Q and for girth. It is convenient too since it can be done when taking a leak if you have access to a private bathroom at work.

Exactly. I haven’t measured yet but I’m keen to see what the tape says in a few weeks.

Whats the science behind bundles upping EQ?Shouldn’t they reduce EQ temporarily, since the are supposed to stretch the tunica hard?Maybe because they are intense and also because the blood flow is reduced, some process of super-compensation occurs.

Added these to my bathroom visits at work and there is a slight downside. How do yall keep from getting erect when doing these?
