At the beginning of my PE career, I assumed much of the adaptation was through what you call bodily reactions (e.g. clamping growth due to deoxygenation and not expansion), but later came to the opposite conclusion for most exercises.

If you take some toilet paper, fold it so that it is long thin piece. Then imagine that the other side is base, other side is glans. Now take a grip from the “base” and “glans” and bundle it. Bundle some more and it tears girth wise.

For me, this sounds very interesting. Of course I don’t want to tear my penis, but doing this with a hanger could result in nice girth gains. It would be possible to stress difference part of the shaft by changing the hanger attachment or just holding the shaft with the hand.

I want to add that because of girth is just a circular length and normal hanging works for length I could see this working for girth.

It absolutely causes (at the very least) temporary girth gains.

I started this type of thing regularly about a month ago, did a quick measurement this morning and read just above 5” MSEG. No big deal for lots of you here but I have been hovering around 4.8” forever, so it was a surprise for me.

I measure monthly so I’m not considering this an “official” measurement till I check again at the end of the month. It is too soon for me to call it “real” progress, but it certainly does look promising. :)

Cantlook, any update on your monthly progress specifically regarding these bundled stretches? I’m considering adding them to my routine and using an extender to hold the stretch for 15 or 20 minutes per set.


Starting measurements: 6" BPEL x 4.5" EG

Current measurements (4/2012): 6.25" BPEL x 4.75" EG

Goal measurements: 7" BPEL x 6" EG

I’ve been meaning to update on this. Thanks for the reminder.

I did them for about two months, twisting 180 to 270 degrees in either direction. I personally did not notice a significant increase in the rate of growth.

I did grow a little, but not at a greater rate than I have been growing all along from the typical stretching.

I am assuming that a manual approach is better suited for gains with this method as the limits of the extender do not allow you to twist nearly as far.

I just started these yesterday as my girth growth has stalled and I need to switch things up. I’ll post if it works.


Start: (Aug 2001): 6 1/2 bpel x 4 7/8 mseg

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

What about warming?

I’d say , warm him as much as you can .

Makes deforming him easier and safer .

Plus you get the heat aspect for healing afterwards .

Hi there, I was wondering if I could get a bit of help here for length gains? I haven’t got a hanger iv tried making one but no success, I’m 6inch’s erect and 5inch’s girth erect, I would like to add 1inch or maybe abit more in length before I add any girth. Sorry for the spelling, Thanks james88

I’ve tried these in the past but never got anything out of them. Maybe I didn’t give them enough of a chance… gonna try them out again.

If Wurst is still here… which direction do you stretch in? Straight out? Down?

Anyway I will report back.
