Building The Ultimate Length Routine: A Brainstorming Approach

As long as you don’t cook your dick it’s fine. :-)

BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

Threshold Of Force

Ok, so the points about there is an agreement are:
a) use heat;
b) add some jelqs to any routine;
c) stretch SO, SD and to the sides.

Now it’s time to focus on the most problematic points: frequencey and force. What’s the threshold of force for an intermediate/advanced PEer? What’s the minimal amount of force that will give measurable gains after a reasonable amount of consistent use? Your guesses.

Are we talking about hanging or manuals?

If you are talking about hanging there are already some good How to Threads on that board.

I can say that since I considered myself in the intermediate category, I did not start at the lower weight recommended and I just went by feel.

I found 10 pounds was a good starting point for me personally with hanging and I am up to 14 pounds now. I do follow the prescribed 4x20 min sets for my max weight.

Current 5.5 NBPEL x 5.75 Base EG - 5.25 MSEG 7" BPSFL

Short Term Goal 6 NBPEL x 6 MPEG

Long Term Goal 8 NBPEL x 7 MPEG (why not dream BIG?)

It’s not about hot to something, it’s about the most apropiate exercises that one can do to get as much length as possible.

I'm targetting length for now. Any advice would be appreciated, Thanks!

I can’t say about hanging cause I know shit. Stretching. Perhaps 3 on 1 0ff, 2on 1off. Two sessions a day. 30 sec each stretch 3-5 sets as progressing. 80-100 jelqs.

bill10, I appreciate your contributions, but I am asking to experienced PEers, you aren’t an experienced PEer.

I know man. Just my thought. You can ignore it. I ‘ll shut the fuck up but keep this thread going. It ‘ll be very interesting.

:up:

Ok, I see the enthusiasm has gone somewhat down.

About the threshold of force for expert users, I would fix it at about 8 lbs. Meaning that with less than this force, gains are unlikely to happen if not after an irrealistic time of time under tension. This will leave out most of commercial extenders I think.

I want to hear your opinions on this, if there isn’t any I will consider it agreed.

So are you designing a hanging routine?

If so then maybe we would have to talk to hangers, Mr Schlong, bhcentral are long term bib hangers (if I remember right), while ErnieBanks and Kickinthemebs have hung quite a bit with a vacuum hanger.

There’s already a lot of info on hanging, weight progression etc…

I want to design a routine, irrespective to the device. I am speaking in terms of weight because it is easier to approach the problem this way, although I always stress the point that, in my opinion, being focused on the force applied is basically wrong, we should look at the length we can stretch the penis.

How will you manage to be sure we pull with a force equivalent to 8 pounds hanging down if we don’t use a hanger?

The idea of creating a routine to be used for all devices or manual exercises is interesting but maybe not so practical (unless you succeed) .

Also some have a stretched flaccid length shorter or at their BPEL, while others are already quite longer.

Maybe searching for a theoretical idea would work if you translated the idea in routines later on?

Since hanging I began to have a bigger stretched length than bpel.

How did you thought at 8 lbs?

marinera I agree with you on the weight, when I started hanging I went by feel and it wasn’t until I was in that 8-10 lb range that I started to reach the fatigue that hangers talk about is so important to making gains with hanging.

In all honesty, I think you can gain length with manuals, jelqing, and even pumping. However, in my own opinion, if you are asking what is the best PE for gaining length, everything I have read and seen with reports of the most length gains over the years were those who incorporated hanging in some way. I just can’t see any “ultimate length routine” guide not having hanging as part of the regimen.
