Sounds like I’ve got another penis to work with all of a sudden.

First time I have seen anything about this on these forums.any comments on the effectiveness or safeness of this exercise?

I find it quite easy to BTB jelq when I lei down in bed or a sofa. It’s easier to find the inner penis that way.

Do I need to warm up before doing those BTB jelqs?

Thanks for the thread ICM! I tried it and it works well. I combine them with regular dry jelqs.


Started PE April 2008 : 5 1/8 x 5 1/4

July 2010 : 6 1/4 x 6

Feb 2011 :7" bp Sept 2011: 7 5/16. Bp (Gold: 7 1/2 x 7)

Do I need to warm up before I do the BTB jelq?
Can I do them on my resting days from my normal routine?
Does anyone stretch the penis and then pull the inner penis to the sides? Which gives a stretch to the inner penis also.
Do you use lube when you BTB jelq?

I noticed a big improvement of my erections since I’m doing the BTB jelq (I don’t do any other form of PE at the moment).

I wasn’t sure about what I was doing the first few tries, but I think I’m doing it well now. I don’t know if this is required, but I warm up before and after doing it.

I do 2 days on, 1 day off, 12 minutes per sessions.

I can’t for the life of me figure out how the hell do you guys jelq “behind the balls”? Not that I want to do it, doesn’t really sound appealing, but how exactly is it done?

I haven’t done BTB jelqs in years (but I will start again tomorrow after reading this thread!). You really need a full erection so you can be sure you’re not just massing your prostate. The idea is, you’re getting plaque or other junk out of the way and slightly improving things deep in your outer penis or just outside your inner penis. I guess the concept is that somehow not jelqing BTB could be some kind of bottleneck or limiting factor if you don’t do it. Personally, I find it pretty uncomfortable at first-maybe because I was doing it wrong.

It simply pushes blood into the penis manually, no magic. Since it does not get much attention, I suppose over time it can be a weak link because it gets less massaging effect so more plaque buildup can occur. Thats my best guess anyway.

At first, I was confused too. You can tell you are doing it right when you feel the back of your penis getting bigger while you are pressing. The more you go up while doing the jelq, the higher you feel the blood pression in the back of your penis (like just before the gland).

Maybe I wasn’t clear enough… I don’t understand BTB jelqing at all. You know, the mechanics of it. How exactly can you start a jelq stroke behind the balls and finish below the glans? Don’t balls get in the way? How do you make transition from balls to shaft?

Edit: Oh, I see now… You’re not supposed to jelq the shaft at all, huh?

I’ve been doing these now 3 days in a row. They are by far the best PE exercise I’ve done in years.

My EQ has gone up already, my morning wood is raging, and my flaccid the next day remains full and plump.

Nothing in years has yielded what I just stated above.

Who knows. This could do it for me. Maybe I’ve got some length gains on the horizon, which would be nothing short of a miracle for me.

I guess I better learn to BTB jelq correctly. I keep trying it, but even though I understand what I’m theoretically supposed to do, I don’t think I’m doing it right.

I love finding golden nuggets like this one. I was wanting to try this out when I read this at work. So when I went to bed and woke up in the night with a semi, I did a few of these BTB and wow did I have a raging hard-on. It did make it hard to sleep again. So I just put the ole woody in the elastic part of the underwear to keep it in place so I can sleep but I was very much encouraged since I’ve had EQ problems my whole life.
