BTB Jelqing

I have never heard of this before. Is this something that is still recommended? This is an old thread.

Yes. BTBs is great. I just told a newbie about it, should have linked this thread. Even when hanging I press four fingers deep into the scrotum and grab completely around the inner penis and pull hard to one side then the other. You can almost do an A-bend by lifting your weights pulling this stubborn inner shaft. Really helps with flaccid length, still not sure about BPEL.

I think xlmagnum suggested BTB to me, and the threads I’ve found have been very helpful.

One suggestion:

I woke up with a great woody this morning (Cialis the night before helped, avocet8!), and I tried BTB right away.

Even though the rest of my cock was fully erect, there was still the part of my cock inside my scrotum that could be “inflated” a bit more with gentle BTB jelqing.. And that’s a part of the tunica I’m particularly needing to build right now.

It wasn’t convenient to do a regular warm up, and running to the bathroom for a hot wash cloth would probably bring down the morning wood. But it’s something to think about.

I want to ask you if you have to do the btb jelqs with an erection or not?

If yes, which erection level is ok?

I also want to ask if it is possible to overdo this exercise. Can I get sore from these jelqs,same like with normal jelqs? Is it possible to have a pumped feeling in your unit after btb jelqing, same like you have after a good normal jelq workout?

Kegels can replace these BTB jelqs ?

Just as with regular jelqing, it’s almost impossible to do a BTB jelq without 20% erection at the very least. It’s especially difficult finding the penis root precisely because it isn’t “out there.” With a good, solid erection (like a morning woody), it’s fairly easy to feel the penis—starting at the base, and then back through the top of the ball sack (scrotum) and into the taint (perineum).

Just as with regular jelqing, there are optimal levels depending on how experienced you are with jelqing. The vets here would not recommend doing jelqs at higher levels of erection until you’ve been doing PE for a while precisely because you can overdo jelqing. That’s why, as a newbie, I only did some gentle jelqing with a 100% morning wood. With less of an erection, I can do some jelqing of the shaft hidden within my ball sack, but it’s not as easy to feel for the shaft then.

As with regular jelqing, sore is OK; pain is not. One difference with BTB jelqing is that you can also be putting pressure on other parts of your anatomy—like the prostate. It’s almost impossible not to put some pressure on the prostate and maybe on the Cowper’s gland with BTB jelqs. That’s why you have to have enough erection to feel for the “hidden penis” and know what you’re actually “milking.” Look up one of the detailed diagrams on TP and you’ll see what I mean. If your prostate is sore after doing BTB jelqs, that’s not what your aiming to do with this. As far as a “pumped feeling,” BTB jelqing wouldn’t be much different than other forms of jelqing. At least that’s my own experience.

Not any more than regular jelqing can replace kegels. Both will help push blood further up CC, but jelqing works on the tunica (which you cannot “flex”), kegels work on voluntary muscle tissue (which you can literally “flex”).

I’m pretty new at all this, so I’m hoping others who have done a lot more with BTB will add their comments.

One of the interesting things I find about BTB jelqing is it really seems to help transition your penis from erection, to engorgement, which I find more helpful for regular jelqing.

Currently I do 50 BTB jelqs before every set of 100 regular jelqs. I’ve noticed that if the erection starts building up towards the end of the 100 jelqs, the BTB jeqls seem to bring the erection level down, but increase engorgement so I start the next set of jelqs with a very full and heavy penis, but not a stiff one. I think BTB jelqs are greatly underrated.

Today I did the btb jelqing. The problem was, I didn’t get a pumped feeling and my erection went always down.

I never felt anything like I felt when I’m doing normal jelqing.

Perhaps I’m doing it wrong.

Interesting, Big Girtha. Anyone else notice that BTB jelquing improves FL? (I searched, didn’t find more evidence.) I’m a grower with a 2.8” difference between EL and FL

I do a kind of BTB JELQ while I’m hanging.I don’t reach in there and grab like Big Girtha(you animal!)but I do reach down into the taint and massage my tunica while hanging.I hang sitting down and primarily SO,so I can give it a pretty good massage.I don’t know if it will help the dang thing stretch any,but that’s the theory I’m working on.

So is this safe/ recommended or what?
