Blood Thickening and PE

Anyone ever thought about blood thickening as a way to help PE?
I have hear Vitamin K to be a great blood thickener, and also help with overall health and bone strength.

Green Fleshy Vegetables seem to have some of the highest amounts of Vitamin K and since broccoli is my favorite, I think I will try eating 2 to 3 servings a day.

Any thoughts?

ODing on vitamin k is not a great idea. It is strange that this has come up, I remember a question not long ago but it was in the other direction - speculating that “thinner” blood could help PE.

I said it before. I’ll say it again. NORMAL blood consistency and coagulation properties is what is best for PE. I think that if you want to eat plenty of vegatables that is fine but avoid suppelements or drugs like vitamin k (yeah, I refer to it as a drug) unless indicated for a specific condition being treated medically.
