There was a post many months ago from a guy who took some sort of supplement - he increased his nut size, but the minute he stopped, his balls went back down. I have had good luck with Damiana. I have not bothered to figure our how to measure, but they definitely are bigger and hang better. It took about a week on the stuff to see results. I am currently taking 1 gram a day, occasionally two grams.

Hey Dino,

I used to have a severely tight ballsac which would never hang down loose. That problem is now gone. Here’s some of what I did:

1. (IF YOU PUMP) I am a pumper, and since I now use either my 2” or 2.5” diameter tube, I have to tie down my ballsac to prevent my nuts from being sucked into the cylinder. I use one-inch wide cut strips of bicycle tire rubber inner tubing and stretch/wrap two strips around the area between the base of my dick and my nutsac. This already stretches the ballsac downward.

Now when I pump my dick in the cylinder what happens is that the bottom of the tube also pushes down on the strips of inner tubing holding down my nutsac, giving me a ballsac stretch throughout my entire pumping session. Since I pump 5 days a week for about one hour at a time, I am also stretching my ballsac downward for the same amount of time. I LOVE MULTI-TASKING, and that is what this is.

2. (IF YOU PUMP) Another quick way to stretch and loosen your ballsac quickly is by just pumping your ballsac only in the cylinder. Your sac is much more tolerant than your dick under pumping and can take a great deal more pressure and time under the tube. Do this regularly (every two days or so), and before long your temporary huge plumped and loosened ballsac will eventually become a permanently stretched loose hanging ballsac. Your goal to have your nutsac slapping against the ass of your chick while doing doggie style will be realized.

3. What also works, although not as quickly as the above, is just to do an OK grip around the area between the base of your dick and your ballsac and GENTLY push/stretch downward as often as you can . Throw in some ballsac/testicle massage for good circulation. This will also help the cause.

That’s what I did. Today, I rarely just pump my ballsac anymore, as I’ve reached a ballsac size and hang that seems to look good and in proportion to my PE grown dick. It’s great when you reach the point that it’s now more about maintaining dick/ballsac symmetry rather than having to work to make my sac hang longer.

Hey Dino,

I forgot one other important technique, which I also use every night when I sleep. It’s been described before by others, so I claim no uniqueness. But I’ll elaborate on my own use. It’s nothing more than a BTT (Between The Thighs) DICK/BALLSAC STRETCH.

This one’s easy and free of apparatus:

1. Lie in bed on your side or on your back. On your side is easier.
2. Get semi-erect to almost fully erect.
3. Reach with one hand from around and behind your thighs to grab and pull your dick and ballsac at the same time.
4. Pull them between your thighs and back.
5. Now close your thighs together. Your ballsac and dick should now be comfortably trapped behind your thighs, and if you straighten out your body you will feel an excellent stretch in both your dick and particularly your ballsac.

I do this every night, and I even go to sleep in this position. No problems with circulation whatsoever, although one might be initially concerned. I think it’s because the pressure placed around your dick by the natural positioning of your thighs is not as tight as what you might get from your hands, and your ballsac is only being stretched not compressed. Thanks for bringing up the point about kegeling at the same time as squeezing your thighs. I do that too, but forgot to mention it in my previous post. I love this technique. It’s such an easy thing to do when in bed or just lying on the couch watching TV and it brings good ball stretching and flaccid size results.

For the past month, I just continue to make more and more girth gains with little effort - presently at 7.25” erect base girth and 6.25” flaccid base girth. I attribute them to my regular use of pumping and techniques like this cock/ballsac stretch between the thighs, since I minimally use other PE techniques at this time.
