In one of my earlier posts, I was asking the question of ”correct manual stretching angle”. General comments were saying that ”I should stretch in all directions”. But I could not gain any length during that ” all direction” period until Bib posted his theory. According to Bib, I had to focus on downward stretching, since my LOT was about 9:00. So, I concentrated on downward stretching and started gaining again(1/8 inch in two weeks). And I think this supports BÝb’s Theory. I’ll stick to that kind of stretch, thanks again Bib. :)
