I don’t know what your experience or current routine entails, but regardless of your LOT result (which in my opinion, reveals nothing about potential growth) I would start here:
I really don’t think the direction of stretches plays as big a part in gains as some others do, but with that said, stretching straight out or straight down will be what most here would suggest. Just stay consistent and listen to your body.
