LOT test, movement of head and ligs.

While doing the LOT test, many guys have reported movement at the top base of their penis while doing the kegal. I think for most, if not all, this is the LIGAMENTS reacting to the kegal.

When you begin to see the Loss OF Tugback of the head, and you see a movement in your base, that should definitively be your LOT. That is the exact point that your PC no longer affects the outer shaft, and the energy from the PC is affecting the ligs.

I think the reason some guys are having problems finding their exact LOT, is because they are getting some head movement, because the PC is working through the ligs, and the ligs are pulling back the outer shaft slightly.

Don’t make it too difficult. If the head does not pull back much, and the base is ‘flexing’, that is your LOT.

Of course assuming you aren’t gripping or pulling to hard preventing it from moving in the first place :)

Let me be a little clearer. On some thread, I said that when you see a leesening of the tugback, it might be because the ligs and shaft are both taking some of the tugback from the PC. This could be valid. But if the base is flexing, the ligs, and the head is showing a slight tugback, then it is probably the tugback being transferred through the ligs to the outer shaft without the outer shaft being affected by the inner shaft. Then, your LOT would be where the tugback begins to be reduced, and the base flexes.

Does this make sense, or do I need to explain it better.

One of you technical writers need to work on this.

This is for the guys that have confusion because the tugback begins to slow. Not as strong at some point. If the loss of tugback is defined, there is no problem.

My LOT is at about 7 or 8 what angle should I be stretching?

You might have some potential for gains stretching or hanging at the lower angles. For a while. But you should soon start working on the upper angles.

__So my first question is that below that and all the way till 6:00 I can see movement in the penis when i kegel but it is just a little squirming of the penis and not a tug of any sorts.
-Does this matter or is the squirming not counted as a tug?

Would doing the DLD “twist” blasters at a low angle, lying flat on my back be a good idea?

And would it matter if i put my legs behind my head (i think it may affect the pelvis angle)?

Hmmm, I would say ‘squirming’ would not be a tugback. Just thinkof the physiology. Are your ligs taking the stress of the stretch? For me, it is obvious when the ligs take over, and the PC is not having an effect on the outer shaft.

I do not understand the purpose of putting your legs behind your head.

When I test for loss of tugback, it seems that it occurs at 8:00, with a lot of tugback from 9 to 12, and no visible movement from 8 to 6. Does this mean I am in the lower middle in terms of potential for significant gains? Meaning, am I less likely to have significant gains than those with higher loss of tugback? thx

I didn’t see it mentioned here. But are you supposed to measure LOT erect or flaccid; standing, sitting or lying? They all make some difference to me. In flaccid stretch mode, when I apply about 5lb of tension. I can see/feel tug all the way down to 6:00 in gradually decreasing amount. At 100% erect, when it’s not really stretchable, I can see a little tug back at 10:30 which is my EA. At other angles, kegeling seem to cause lateral movement back to EA with no noticeable tug back. :wtf:

You test for your LOT while flaccid. What you are trying to determine is if your ligs are taking the stress when you are stretching/hanging at a given angle. If you can see tugback all the way down to 6:00, your ligs are not a limiting factor as of now and you should focus on tunica work.
