I don’t think the ligs will have anything to do with the curve. I would think only the tunica would determine that. With a high LOT, the ligs may simply pull the erection higher, but not curve the shaft. But a guy with a low LOT could still have an upward curved penis because of tunica shape. The stats show no correlation between erection angle and LOT.

Stretch or hang at the upper angles, as well as OTL. Also some twists and fulcrum exercises.

So far, it appears that having a low LOT and therefore limited potential gains from lig stretching does not matter concerning total potential for gains. Many guys with low LOTs are reporting good gains from working the tunica at upper angles. It seems to be a matter of working smarter, as RB says.

I changed my hanging position from btc to this goddamn pulley system. If I’m not mistaken your LOT is also 7:00 and your gains came from btc.

Is it that your LOT was once much higher? I don’t fu*king know.

About all of my gains in the beginning came from BTC and SO hanging. I believe most, but not all, were from lig stretch. Then later, I hung a lot more SO, OTS, OTL, etc and these gains were from tunica stretch.

Yes, I fairly well know that my LOT was much higher judging by some X-rays of my lower pelvis that were taken when I was about 25 or so. I know I had a lot of internal penis.

I’ve been doing stretches primarily down since I found my LOT was 8. I checked today and it’s now 9. Does this go against the LOT theory, or normal?

No that would go against the theory. If you stretch down, your ligs will lengthen, and your LOT will drop.

It’s possible I didn’t “check” the same way. How hard are you supposed to be pulling when you check?

Just enough to stretch the shaft all the way out.

Okay, I just tested and my LOT is about 6:30-6:45, but I wouldn’t say it’s at 7 o’clock. So, after that I am still shaky as to where I go from here. What kind of stretching would be most beneficial for me to gain length and what kind of routine should I do? Also, just more info, I don’t hang weights. Thanks.

Someone please correct me if I am wrong I am kind of new to PEing, especially allof this new technical stuff. If my erection point upward 10- 11 o’clock. That means I still have possible length to gain. And I should work on my length through hanging or manual stretching before I try and gain girth. I still don’t really understand what LOT is.

Ok. Im totaly new to all this as I only discovered about it by accident a month ago. I need to get myself a really good routine worked out to make some good length gains. Before I can do that I need to understand this whole LOT thing. I have done the test as described by various people and am still somewhat confused by the results. I hope someone can clear these things up for me.

1. When I kegel I see a tugback at the base of the penis towards my body. This is what we are looking out for right?

2. This tugback happens at all angles for me. It is stronger towards the top end of the scale 12,11,10,9 but I can still see noticable tugback at 6 o’clock. What does this mean? I havent seen any posts from people who have had this. It this a good or bad sign when It comes to lig gains.

3. Based on what I have told you. What sort of routine would be best for me to make some good gains.

Nope, just watch the head. When the head does not retract, that is your LOT. The base moving would probably be your ligs reacting to the kegal.

Some guys do have no lig obstruction at all. But you need to retest.
