Xiedeh…example #2 is correct. If you no longer have tugback at 10:00, this is your lot (and you should look forward to more lig gains) and you should work the low angles such as BTC…congrats on your gains thus far.

I found this last 1 centimeter gain (0.4 inches) in the last two months, which I spent experimenting with correct wrapping (being uncut it´s harder i think). I “hanged” at very low angles and this could have been the key (and maybe the fact that I “reverse kegeled” (SP?) during sessions), so the LOT theory might be correct.

Just discovered Bibs LOT theory and it sounds good.

I’ve tried it and found that I get no more pull back somewhere between 8.00-9.00.
I’m not interested in hanging at the moment, just manual stretching.

Does this mean the I should just be stretching at angles between 6.00-9.00?

Also, should the ligs always be stretched first (until your LOT is around 6.00-7.00) before moving onto tunica stretching?

As low as possible to reap the gains from lig stretch.

You will probably get the fastest, easiest gains from lig stretch.

I assume you mean 7:00. Not unusual. You were born that way.

Correct. If you want more length, hit thine tunica (assuming that is the first point in which you lose the tugback).

Check it out visually, I see the tugback easier then feeling it, and they are not normally at the same spot..

I see actual tugback until between 8 and 9 ,just a little below horizantal.I am a beginer in pe . What will give me the most gains in lenght from your experience?

Dragster, concentrate on downward stretching to the left, right and center, as straight down as you can while seated. This will lengthen your ligs, and you most likely will see quick length gains. Keep doing this until your LOT is between 7-6:00, then if you want additional length, you’ll need to start concentrating on stretching the tunica in angles above 9:00…

So as I practice the stretches doward the tugback will also move further down? I am at about 8:30 now and you say when it reaches 6:30 to stretch my tunica. I want gains but will the penis hang lower? Right now the penis is perfectly horizontal when erect.I appologize for all the questions I just want to get started on the right track. Thanks for sharing your experience.

LOT will go down, if you gain thru stretching ligs.

Your erection angle will probably lower a bit, but not so much as what your LOT has changed (IMO).
