Better way to strengthen pc muscle???
Well I’ve only had the Peni-master for 1 day and already I found another use other than prolonged stretching. If you kegel while wearing the device you pull back on the springs, which just like bo-flex and other tension type weight training can build muscle. It feels more controled too, as I can concentrate on moving and holding it more, plus there’s the added bonus of actually having something to pull against.
