Best Tunica Exercises?
I, like many others, have a low LOT. After a near fruitless 6 and change months of jelqing and stretching, I have decided to ask the advice of my fellow PE’ers on this matter (specifically those with a low LOT who have seen good gains).
I already do static and rotary stetches and jelq 5 days a week, and do Johan’s thumb stretch. Clearly I need to change it up; what else can I do to really target the tunica, in terms of manual exercises?
