Best Penis Enlargement Technique

At Thunder’s Place, we talk a lot about various penis enlargement techniques. Which one do you think is the most effective? Why?

I personally subscribe to the theory that extenders are superior. However, manual exercises are not far behind and are ten times more versatile than an extender can ever become. Beginning and intermediate use of an extender can grant solid and almost predictable gains if used correctly. However, because change and penile elasticity are huge factors in the proper attachment of an extender you may not be able to use an extender indefinitely for your entire PE career.

Before I had to retire from extending all together I couldn’t use my extender as effectively because my penile elasticity was so great that I couldn’t stretch to my full stretch length without adding an incredible amount of extension rods which makes a device much harder to affix and calibration of the device became impossible.

That said, everyone doesn’t react well to extending and will not get great results for one reason or another. This is my personal opinion and if I could check manuals and extender then I would.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I have been using my extender for over 3 months now & feel I have had good results. My girlfriend says “No Pain No Gain”. Which is so true. I have had lots of trials & tribulations with the extender especially the band & strap cutting into the skin around the base of my head.

My girlfriend has just bought me a vacuum pump. It looks huge but I have fitted it on & pumped a vacuum with great results, my cock filled the chamber to within an inch of the end. Feels like it is stinging & the base ring is pressing on my balls, I won’t use it for more than half an hour at a time.

It’s not an option but I made my biggest length gains when I lost a bunch of weight. In terms of the list I only pump but I’m getting into manuals and clamping. Traction always made sense to me but I just know that my foreskin would not approve. I mean if I wanted to gain an inch of length I would rather lose another 50-100lbs than wear some sort of contraption all the time.

I think the best gains come from the incorporation of many different techniques. Just like going to the gym you’ll see more results if you do different exercises than doing bicep curls everyday you workout. I can see merits in all exercises and the effects they have on different people. I’ve used traction/extender devices, pumps and manuals. All of them have benefited to my gains, I believe the best strategy is hitting PE from multiple angles in a combined effort. Pumping benifits the potential of extenders and manuals as well as giving greater EQ.

‘Best’… loads of Google searches start with tthe word ‘best’. At ‘best’ they get personal opinions. So I guess I’d better give my personal opinions!

I’ve never tried extenders or surgery, so I’ll skip those.

Manual exercises - every routine should include jelqs. Jelqs are to PE what squats and dead-lifts are to a weight training routine. Leave them out to your peril: they will help you gain from everything else you do.

Pumping - if I never gained another millimeter I would still probably pump. I’m a total pumping addict. Some folk will notice I don’t actually comment much in the pumping threads (we all have our specialist areas, and I won’t on prnciple encroach on Gprent’s). but I do discuss pumping with some of the vet guys here in PMs. My approach is not for the newbies, or indeed for many of the vets; I don’t like the terminology ‘extreme pumper’ but I suppose that’s what I am. I have no wish to be the cause of injury for most guys. And genuinely, it’s not necessary to do what I do; it’s just my choice.

Hanging is the king of length exercises, IF it’s done right, but it is a pain in the arse/cock to do. Learning good wrapping thechnique is a major learning curve, especially when progressing to major resistance. And the time commitment is beyond most folk. Hanging is super, but the time and the fact that if you either don’t hang long enough or don’t hang enough weight you get nothing out of it, makes it difficult to put at the top of the list. And girth gains are mostly at the base of the shaft (which isn’t a bad thing).

Clamping - I’ve been an extreme clamper. I seldom clamp any more. Reason 1 is clamps are hard to come by now in the UK, and I break them with alarming regularity. But mostly I’ve picked up all my worst injuries clamping and had to take extended PE breaks for healing. For me, it’s not worth the negatives, especially when I prefer pumping.

ADS was a big thing back in the day before commercial extenders. I’ve traction wrapped, Bungee corded, Therabanded and done all the other things that were part of ‘PE’ in the past. Mostly they just caused discomfort and potential embarassment :) I personally think doing piss pulls and bed-fowfers was just as effective.

Drugs/Supplements - where do I throw my hat into the ring on these? That’s difficult. I don’t believe supplementation is necessary to gaining at all.
However, on the drugs front, Cialis definitely does help ‘hang’, morning wood, and also a ‘youthful-feeling’ cock for us older guys. Even if we don’t actually need it for performance. Heck, it’s nice to feel 21 most of the time. I take a lot of other supplements, but I’d take them whether I was doing PE or not.
For the young guys who really don’t need Cialis, I would still recommend an hour pre PE (and maybe pre-bed) small dose of Citrulline Malate. It kinda works like Cialis, but shorter-term.

After all that, I haven’t voted in the poll. There isn’t a magic bullet in PE. You could/would do fine just using manual exercises. Or just hanging if you don’t need extra girth apart from base girth. Or you could just pump.
But my greatest (by far) advice is to use heat, and also to include some jelqing in any and every routine you ever do.

Pumping is king. You can apply large, mathematically quantified (PSI) force for specific number of minutes.
It’s also the only way you can apply large length stretch force while at the same time the girth is stretched larger than normal erect girth. And it even expands the girth of the inner penis because that is pulled into the tube when pumping and then expanded.

And all the massive porn stars can’t be wrong… ;)

Don’t get me wrong, but I seriously don’t think any of those alternatives are techniques, they are ways of getting to a common result, to do them is necessary previously having a object so the exercise can happen, for me techniques are Ulis, jelq, different forms of hanging for an exemple hanging the inner penis or using a pulley like ceiling hanging etc.

And if were talking about which of these actually work in a long term response, I think the extenders and hanging might be, although I have read countless posts and threads talking about pumping gains and results, a doctor friend of mine that is now specializing in ophthalmology (gave up urology) said that he read and studied about the penis physiology and accompanied a doctors (doctor is a woman) experiment and her post doctor (phd) in penile tissue and how it goes from flaccid to erected, how it is all done, how it modifies through puberty etc. And he said that there are in many countries that are studying to comprove penis length improve with extenders and hanging, and he said that as a doctor he can’t say that it is secure and comproved etc etc. but he believes that is true, but if he would have to advise a patient with average length and girth he would not, but as a doctor he have to with patients with micropenis, advise to use extenders because it is comproved to work and is stealth. He also said that he wouldn’t recommend hanging because people have anxiety and might go crazy and put some heavy weights if see no results in one month “ooh I injured my penis because my doctor advised me to do it”, then doc might have a huge indemnity because of it.

Firegoat probably summed it up best with his opinion. I’m a manuals guy. All my gains came from manuals, but that’s more because I can’t afford other devices. I did a stint of hanging, but couldn’t commit the time needed. But as soon as I have some extra cash, I would probably by a pump first. But I have gained nicely, and I’m still gaining nicely on manuals only, although I can be a little more consistent.

My opinion on this thread. There is no holy grail to penis enlargement. Find what works for you and be consistent and the gains will come.

For length there is no doubt for me: HANGING.

For some reason, I’ve never been able to do manual stretches properly. My hands seems to tire and I just can’t get a really good grip it seems. With hanging, I get a good grip and I’m also able to do some multitasking like writing this post right now.

I’d say the essence regardless of technique is CONSISTENCY. Whenever I hang, I always seem to get into a very good work ethic and it’s very rare I take days off. With manual work, it seems easier for me to make excuses.

Sadly, I don’t seem to be able to gain girth, so I can’t comment there. But I plan to try again after reaching my length goals.

Too soon to vote, will give few more years before I make my vote.

Well I know which one its not and for me I don’t like hanging at all.

Manuals are nice because you can do them basically anywhere to maintain gains. Clamps/tying off is effective too I guess anything to create pressure and stretch the ligaments.

I have a thick glass that I’ve been experimenting with because when it’s full of water it gets heavy and I can use it to carefully hang + pump.

So far manuals because they’ve worked well for me (as in 1.4” length gain in my first year despite (or perhaps in part, due to) regular decon breaks). As so many brothers advise, if it’s working, do not change it! So I haven’t but that said, as I get closer to my length goal, I’ve begun playing with clamping because I’d love to get to 5.5” girth one of these days (and after just a week, I’m seriously, seriously infatuated with clamping - omg).

Don’t know that I’ll ever get around to trying them all (although from exhaustive reading, TP has convinced me that just about anything done diligently and within reason will get you results), because honestly I’m closer to being satisfied with my size, than I’ve ever been before. Along the journey, in addition to helping me grow my unit, this forum has helped me get it thru my thick skull that in the big scheme of things, my size doesn’t matter nearly as much as I thought it did (but funny how some of us have to grow some dick to be able to realize that).
