It would be nice if only the members that have gained an inch or more in length, or a half-inch or more in girth would take part in this poll. This way we can gauge the most valuable PE exercises from the big gainers.

Please do NOT vote if you have not made significant gains.

What do you consider to be the best PE exercise from the ones listed?

I’m sure there are several other polls like this.

My only inch in length so far came by manual stretching and took 1 year. I had to quit because it was causing tendonitis in my elbows. (no dick injuries though) 4-5 months of subsequent Bib hanger work did not produce any additional gains. I stopped for 5 months but think I’ll try the bib again.

It’s been pretty much all from manual exercise for me (have gone from 6.2” to 8” BPEL). Tried some pumping early on but jelqs gave me more. Tried hanging but a very sensitive glans and no good hanging device (this was back in 1997) meant that I couldn’t hang for any period of time so that didn’t give me any gains either. All my gains in girth have been from manuals as well, jelqing and Ulis mainly.

You missed out hypnosis and surgery!

Volume is most greatly effected by girth gains, so pumping and jelqing are the best for that.

All my gains are from my hand or a clamp. The latter being my latest girth gainer which I am quite pleased with.

Sorry but I answered your post without reading not to do it if I haven’t had huge gains. But pumping and jelqing is working for me.
