Best non-manual exercises or still hanging/clamping/ADS?

Hey,

are there any new serious “inventions” or ideas to maximize penis growth without manual exercises?
I have to learn during my PE time and cant afford time just pulling my dick so exercises have to be non-manual (except some short time heating up, stretching, jqlqing to prepare penis for following exercises…)

Is there still just:

-Hanging for lenght
-Clamping for girth
-Using an ADS for keeping penis in extended state suring the day?

Or is there something new I maybe missed?

I am currently experimanting with getting my penis erect, putting a clamp aroung it and attach weights, so its some kind of “erect hanging” but from the hanger to the base the erection totally susides after 5 seconds so the erection is only in front ot the clamp to the head….very good exercise imo for both girth and lenght, non-manual.

But clamp has to be removed after 10-15 mins. Afterwards i just do “normal” hanging, where the hanger can stay on for 40-60 mins (2,5 pounds) easily…


My goal: from 11.9 cm NBPEL to 18 cm NBPEL (~7 ") ...now or never...!!!! after 5 weeks(and a long break): 12.5 cm NBPEL

If you have the privacy old-school hanging is great to combine with studying or working from a home office.

I’m in a similar situation; day job and night classes. I’ve become adept at holding a textbook in one hand while stretching/jelqing with the other, lol. Yes, I too hang and read. You can also pump and clamp while studying.

I get a lot of reading in while wearing an extender

Extenders are great, because you can wear them on the computer and watching TV. Hanging is also great but takes a lot more discipline.

Yes just checking again? Is there some really new invention on effective nin-manual exercises or is it still just hanging, clamping, ADS? :)

I’ve found that when I’m working from home, 15mins in the bathmate in the morning and another 15 in the afternoon makes for a nice all day expansion. A rubber cock ring afterwards helps to maintain it while minimizing any fluid build up. I’ve found it to be a good compliment to my manual exercises from the evening before.

PE weights, pumping, ball stretchers. The clamped hanging you describe doesn’t sound safe imo. You want to remove as much blood as possible when hanging. Be careful.
