The response depends on the kinds of gains you’re trying to make (i.e. length vs girth).

I am just talking about overall, in any category.

Your best all-purpose PE exercise is probably jelqing. It can work both length and girth. Hanging is probably the best length exercise, whereas clamping is probably the best girth exercise.

When I clamp I get length and girth,but everyone different.
I added 0.3in Length and 0.6in in girth
