Best for girth...

Which have you members found to be the best exercises for girth? List the two 3-5 exercises that you truly believe help you achieve a thicker penis (these exercises do not have to work solely on girth alone tho).

I have done three exercises over the last 6 months and this is my opinion:
a) Clamping (gains)
b) Ulis (negligble gain)
c) Jelqing (no gains)

Everyone else is different of course.

a) clamping with cable clamp
b) jelqing with almost full erection

The key to gaining girth is max engorgement.

I am going to go with:

1. Girth blasters
2. Vacuum pumping

Used in tandem.

Pumping and jelqing (dry, wet or Powerjelq) in combination routines.

Clamping is the best IMO

Easy answer for me. Dry jelquing at about 85-95% erection level for a good 25-40 mins cutting off length work (stretching/hanging) alltogether.

Horses, I believe, have also worked for me in the past.

From my (limited) experience I’d have to say clamping for two reasons.

1. Seems to work very well;

2. Is arguably one of the safest girth exercises as the max pressure in your dick is blood pressure only and not an applied external pressure as with other exercises.

Jelqing (30 to 50% erect) and stretching (all directions). I got length and girth gains in proportion from just these two exercises. I’m doing mainly Lazy Ass and A Stretches now, and I’m getting continued small flaccid gains in length and girth.

P.S. I’m convinced the gains came fast for me because of the long, intense sessions I practiced for the first four months.

And I’m conviced that my early gains came from taking it easy!!
Just goes to show how different we all are!!

What is “clamping”? I’ve been out of the PE loop for a while now…please update me on it…thanks…

If you goto MOS http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/ and search for RedZulu (not sure about spelling), you will find a link to his guide for clamping (rather extreme clamping, I believe).
