Best Exercise to Increase EQ

I’m wondering which exercise you guys believe increases EQ the most. If it is some combination that you believe is the magic key, please explain.

I voted Kegel; I’m assuming that you mean “good for a guys who has already a decent EQ”: I had a beginning of ED and jelquing aided a lot (I don’t want to say it has been the cure to not exagerate), but if you have a normal EQ and want more stamina/harder erection, Kegel’s should be the way to go.

Kegel’s + jelq + (wisely done) clamping is the dream team for EQ.

So you are saying that kegels and jelqs are the dream team for EQ. Do you kegel while you jelq, or do you like to do the two exercises independently? What type of jelqing do you find to be the best for increasing EQ (erection level, direction, etc.)? Thanks for the reply.

What I do is dry jelq + kegel.

As you go back for each jelq, hold a kegel until you make your grip (should make for some intense jelqing). Repeat at will, but be careful. I usually did this right after masturbating, I don’t know if that makes any difference.

Back when I was lazy (wait, I’m still lazy…) and this was all I did for PE, I used to get erections so hard that my dick would look reddish and hurt if I contracted my BC. Maybe a little over-kill, but it was fun.

I do this as well. It feels like more blood is being moved and the movement is being more effective.

I voted kegels. While kegels and jelqing work hand in hand, I think that kegels surpass that of the jelq where improving your EQ is concerned.

I got most of my gains by doing dry jelqs with the kegel in between like the way you are describing it.

Thanks guys. What erection level and amount of time seem to help you hit this sweet spot of extreme EQ? Meaning, both in terms of an individual session as well as number of times per week.

I think Kegel’s are good both while jelqing (I do dry-jelqs the way MakeYS described) and indipendently (but I don’t do them often this way).

Worst exercises for EQ are stretches/hanging.

The Jelq and Kegel are the kings of EQ. Depending on what is holding back getting the very best possible EQ, either could be the more important, but regardless, it’s best to do both.

With Kegels it’s good to do some fast ones, some long slow ones, some with a fast contraction and long hold etc.; basically do them one way for a few days, then a different way. There is no ‘best’ - try every option you can think of.

If you combine Kegels with jelqing you will tend to always do the Kegels the same way, so do additional varied Kegels as well.

Jelqing is better done with a 50% + erection for EQ, otherwise it is more of a stretch, and as Marinera has said, stretches and hanging (by themselves especially) are not good for EQ.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Compare this thread to Which routine gives the best wood. In that poll as well, jelqing came in #1 and kegeling came in #2. I just wish there were a more scientific way to conduct these polls. There’s much more to be explored on this topic.

jelquing for me. Every time I restart a jelq routine, I start having painful steel poles in the mornings.

For EQ, I say Kegel. I’m 46 and wake up in the night and in the morning with rock hard wood

This is what I generally do. The great thing about Kegels is you can do them anytime without anyone else knowing.

Wow, I have sort of just realised that I have never really stretched (I’ve messed about with it though), despite my length gain of 1.5”.
