Benefits of Heat in PE

Heat and stretching

Hi.

I’m completely new so I apologize if double posting or if I hit the wrong post area. Anyway, since we discuss heat here, I’d like to ask: Since

Warmup seems to be so important, are stretching methods applied during long periods of the day(such as taping to the thigh, or hanging for hours) really a safe and good option? I mean, the penis immediately loses the efficiency of the warmup fast, so how can such long exercises be good for anyone?

Anyone ever incorporated not only a space heater, but an infrared lamp as well? I’m thinking about using a combination of both.

Why do you want to cook your penis? The goal is to warm it up. Either or should do the trick.

Not necessary. Pick one.

From ADS you may get in the jelly state which is the point of heat but nonetheless use a bit of heat to breakdown the fibers more. Even five minutes with the hot compress can get you jelly just remember that.

If the exercises take very long fuck it bro the heat element will only soften the tissues so much, but you have to go hard in the paint too.

Seems like a irresponsible response. Just my opinion.

When I said go hard in the paint I don’t mean haphazardly just very persistent and diligent. Give me an example of what is the responsible answer please. Also what is irresponsible response like a paradox, or an oxymoron ?

I use air activated hand warmers, very easy to use them with my traction device. They also get to around 40celsius, which is perfect for treating my Peyronie’s indentations.

8-10 hours of heat, which is about 2 traction sessions worth for me.

Starting Stats - 5.5 BPEL x 5.6 EG

Current Stats - 5.7 BPEL x 6.5 EG

Goal - 7 x 6 (with hopefully a large flaccid hang)

i have a question about heat.

Of the three options below about how to end of a heated traction session, which is optimal:

A. Remove heat and traction device at the same time
B. Remove traction device and continue to heat for a while
C. Remove heat and let your penis cool down while under traction

B. I think the continued heat promotes heating.

Would you care to share a link? I’m curious about those.

A, B or C, no clear answer on that one, some even advocate to use ice at the end of a session.

What about the idea that holding the stretch while your penis cools down after heat removal allows you to retain more of the stretched length? It is mentioned earlier in this thread somewhere, I can’t find the page right now though.

They’re just a brand called HotHands hand warmers, only thing available in the supermarket here and I think they’re very widely available in the US if that is where you are.

Totally going to use the hand-warmers idea. I never thought about it, and have literally hundreds laying around… careful not to open them though, inside its a chemical reaction of some kind and i’m sure wouldn’t react well in direct contact with skin.

Start - 11/02/15: BPEL: 6.2" EG: 5"

Thanks . Using constant heat with an extender or while hanging is a worthy idea ( depending on how well it heats the tissues , not just the skin) . Hyperthermia has shown very interesting promises in the treatment of PD , oddly enough it has not been given much consideration.
