With most heating methods, the testicles are not an issue. With an IR lamp, just pull your pants down to expose your penis and keep your testicles covered. If you like you can tuck a white paper towel into the waist band of your underpants so it reflects the heat back, if you are wearing dark pants/underpants.

Even if you heat your testicles, I don’t think that 30-40 minutes of heating will be any big issue.

Been heating up with a washcloth for the last 4 months. Mostly around 70 degrees Celsius, now I know it’s pretty bad.

I want to use a heating pad cause I find it pretty annoying to heat up the washcloth every minute. With a heating pad you can just sit on the couch or behind the computer etc. Now I have to stand in the bathroom for 8 min. Pretty annoying.

So would this be a good move? And then double the time. Don’t really have money for a infrared one.

Also best heating temperature? 100-120 degrees Fahrenheit, 38-49 Celsius?

Temperature should be that high as you can tolerate and feel it pleasant. Don’t burn your dick.

Just buy a space heater and let it blow hot air, directly to your penis, the whole time. It’s about 20$

Isn’t it so that your penis should be heated all the way round? Think using a space heater is more complicated.

A space heater warms up all the area. You can’t avoid that. Just keep the hottest of the air to your penis, As the hot air spreads it heats the whole area.

I can’t explain it better. When you try it you will get it at once.

That unit should work fine. I sit about 1-2 feet aways. You’ll know if it’s warming enough when your scrotum begin to hang a bit lower trying to regulate the heat.
