Benefits of Heat in PE

By post workout turtling I just mean the blood is drawn into your working (pumped) muscles, so there is less to fill your penis and give it good hang. Plus there is the natural body reaction that should happen in a ‘fight’ situation - your penis should withdraw a bit to avoid damage in a fight, and heavy training can have the same effect.

Yea thanks for both clarifications, sometimes warming up properly is not easy and it could get messy I guess.. For exercises I do dry jelq, stretching and massaging only for now because they are not messy (like jelq with oil and such). Ill have to try that warm belt thing I saw earlier on the Chinese website, it might be enough.

Also, do you know how does people who workout a lot, do PE routines as well? It seems like combining both in the same day isn’t good at all for neither.

There’s no problem combining both. Totally different types of tissues are stressed (unless you are manual stretching with freshly worked-out shoulders, or your grip has gone!).

Best to do the PE a few hours before or after though.

Heavy lifting also can increase HGH which should actually help gains. Or at least I would assume as much.

Yep.. I guess that rest is the main key here, sleeping enough and early at night could help both.

I started PE a few years ago with the normal newbie routine without heat. I used edging as a form of “warming up”, I used to live in an area with a temperature of 32C so I didn’t think it was necessary to use warm water. I did gain some length slowly but it started slowing down even more. I started reading the forums more and saw firegoat’s signature. Can’t remember exactly what it said but it suggested to use heat, that’s when my true gains came.

Start: 5.75 inch BPEL 4.75 inch girth BSEG (Nov 1 2007)

Current: 7.4 inch BPEL 5.4 inch MSEG 5.75 inch BSEG (Oct 24 2009)

Goal: 7 inch NBPEL 5.5 inch EG=> New Goal: 7.75 inch BPEL 5.75 MSEG

Good to hear, what do you use for heat, how hot and for how long time you warm up and warm down after?

Hello, is there an ideal type, wattage, and distance combination for infrared light to heat up the ligament and tunica to 45C (112F)? And is it safe to heat it up that high? I’m thinking about trying a thermostat to get a general idea but I don’t know how accurate/helpful that would be.

I’ve found 150 watt to be perfect. I change the distance according to the heat that feels right. If you want to know what the heat is, just hold a thermometer in front of the lamp at various distances. But feel will be a better judge of what the maximum you can take without ‘cooking your cock’ is. Use the back of your hand to judge heat - it’s far more sensitive to heat than the penis.

Thank you very much. I’m assuming the “air” temperature or “skin” temperature that I would be measuring has to be higher than 112F to heat up the actual ligament and tunica to 112F. I will check at what temperature I feel like it’s the right heat as you suggested and report the temperature reading for those interested.

Great. That will be interesting thanks.

Hey guys,

Thanks for all the info in here. Just ordered a 150W Philips IR lamp. I’m a hard gainer so I need all the help I can get!

Starting again, this time it's serious.

Start: (10.2012) BPFSL: 7.5" BPEL: 7" Base EG: 5.75" Mid/upper shaft EG: 5.25" Head EG: 5"

Now: (3.2013) BPFSL: 7.8" BPEL: 7.4" Base EG: 5.75" Mid/upper shaft EG: 5.25" Head EG: 5.25"

Hello again.

Long story short.. Got 250W infrared heat lamp since 150W was sold out. Had it pointing to penis at about 18 inches away for 10 minutes. Measured temperature. Got 100F at most. With the same situation, downward stretched (tried to go about .05 inches beyond my regular stretched length) penis for 10 minutes. Turned off light while holding the stretch for extra minute. Did some jelqs and kegels. I’m going to do this every 2/3 days and check my progress in about 6 months. Hopefully gained an inch in length by then.

Btw, a little non topic, do you think it would be good if we applied the same theory to working out in the gym? Kinda like taking a hot shower as a warm up before hitting up the gym.. What y’all think?

Wouldn’t help.

Pumping with infrared

If you add infrered while using pump tube (light penetrates through the tube) it can stretch and increase as heat is maintained
Adding niacin to the workout would increase blood vessel dilation .
