Benefits of Heat in PE

There are a legion of folks that never used heat and got big. The heat thing is so overrated and the length to which some of you light up the room is ludicrous, I guess there is chlorophyll in your genes. You guys should have some marshmallows to roast while your toasting your wiener.

That depends on how handy you are and what you want. If you want to build something yourself, pets shops that sell IR globes often sell fittings you can use. You just want to make sure the fittings are rated to take a 150w globe.

You can also buy Heat lamps that are rated to take up to a 250w globe like this .

I have seen guys here talk about a Phillips heat lamp setup, but I couldn’t find any of them for sale in my area.

I’ve ordered the bulb, thanks for your help! I’m still not completely sure what to get next but I’ll check out some pet shop websites.

I rarely do any kind of warm up. I just go for it and it seems to work so far.

Warming up

I did not read the all of the messages, so forgive me if I am redundant, but if you really want to to warm up before a stretching session try jumping rope with some sweats pants on for 10 minutes or some other exercise. “Warming up” does not just mean heating tissues with an external heat source, even though this is beneficial and certainly better than nothing. A really good warm up is to warm up the body from within. Warm up you metabolism and get a sweat going. This type of warm up is better and will last longer than just heat which can begin to cool the moment it is taken off. Of course what I am suggesting is much more involved but I am just throwing it out there as an idea for those who would like to try it. Good luck.

I have to admit that I have rarely used heating up before PE routines. But I do often do it in the shower and tub when I can. I believe the heat helps but is not necessary.

This approach will not raise the body above ‘body temperature’. It will also draw blood into the working muscles and away from the penis, hence the reason most people turtle after hard exercise.

Those of us who work in rehabilitation of muscle, joint, tendon and ligament injuries have used direct heating of collagenous tissues for years, because it works. Collagenous tissue stretches better when it is warmed.

Yes, you can make gains without heat, just as you can gain muscle without using anabolic steroids. But you can gain ‘penis’ faster with heat.

I agree that your penis tends to turtle after exercises. There’s only so much blood in the system, so when other muscles are pumped (more blood in them), the penis might even turtle due to the lack of blood flow.

I noticed that whenever I use FR lamp, my unit becomes very soft even at semi. The Bucks Fascia tends to be “softer” as well (thank goodness).

I am actually using heat and cold as part of my routine. Only started 2 weeks ago, so I will post my results later.

I’m using an electric halogen heater 550W while stretching which is very effective and helps a lot…My question is, is it safe to use this type of heater at close proximity to my genital area?? I do wanna have kids one day lol..

I myself noticed that after a session of workout at the gym (weights and stuff) my penis doesn’t feel so stretched, I’m wondering if by turtled up penis you mean that?

Also with this, I’m wondering if working out is good at all for my penis now lol.. Might have to set a strict schedule to get myself bigger (body and penis) now.

Warm belt, I might buy this to try, I know its a belt but I might be able to wrap it up around my cock and its easy and convenient to use..

Also I want to ask what is warm up exactly? Can stretching, holding and massaging your dick be considered a warm up as well?

It doesn’t cause the same reaction in the collagen as applying proper heat, and doesn’t get the same results. There are some times when doing a proper warmup is impossible, and it’s better to do as you suggest, or just start with some light jelqing to prepare the tissues, and do the session, rather than skipping it just because you cannot warm up.

By post workout turtling I just mean the blood is drawn into your working (pumped) muscles, so there is less to fill your penis and give it good hang. Plus there is the natural body reaction that should happen in a ‘fight’ situation - your penis should withdraw a bit to avoid damage in a fight, and heavy training can have the same effect.
