Bends Really Effective

Has anyone been do Bends for at least six months who feels they have been benficial?

I’ve been doing bends exclusively for quite some time. Although recently I have been slacking off. I have to say that they have added some decent girth near the base but haven’t done jack for the upper half of my dick. I think most of my gains have been from an increase in the size of my cs.
